That is really annoying and makes it hard to progress. I’ll give it two stars for now. ### 3/5 — Great game, but major freezing issues. *2026-03-28, version 2.0* I really enjoy this game and would happily give it 5 stars, but I’ve been running into a recurring issue that makes it hard to progress. The game frequently freezes or starts glitching, which forces me to close and restart the app. When this happens, I lose items, have to replay levels, and sometimes can’t move forward at all. I’m not sure if this is a bug or a performance issue, but it’s happening consistently enough to impact the experience. I’d love to see this fixed, because the game itself is great. Once the issue is resolved, I’ll gladly update my rating to 5 stars. Thank you! ### 3/5 — It’s great until… *2026-03-10, version 2.0* I like this one and even appreciated some of the challenges but there are new obstacles added as you get to higher levels and no explanation for how to deal with them and then I’m just stuck. I even reset and stated over but now I’m stuck again. I found it relaxing and enjoyable and then it wasn’t. ### 3/5 — Pretty impossible *2026-01-27, version 2.0* The puzzles start out fairly easy, but then it becomes impossible to win with the few turns they give you. Also hard to earn rewards. And the play is not accurate. When I try to move a tile one way, it goes the opposite way! U don’t recommend this game. ### 2/5 — HATE the hints. Ruin the game for me. *2026-01-01, version 2.0* It’s a fun game but please give the option to turn off the move suggestion hints. Part of the enjoyment for me is searching for optimal moves and I like to take my time - not be trying to rush before my hand gets forcefully held like I’m a child or I’ve never played a match-3 before. Incredibly irritating. Especially for such a chill aesthetic, LET ME TAKE MY TIME. If there is only one move available and I don’t find it in time before the game tells me where it is, I instantly close the app. ### 3/5 — Glitchy since upgrade *2026-01-01, version 2.0* Super glitchy since the upgrade. This is my go-to zone out game so it is so disappointing to have to crash all the time. ### 2/5 — Near constant crashing *2025-12-27, version 2.0* This is a fun app but it’s constantly crashing now. It basically locks up the phone. I’ve had to do hard restarts sometimes just to get the phone back up. Think you guys need to do some more testing with iOS 26. ### 3/5 — “The Secret” in a game *2025-12-26* I finished all 500 boards. Very secular, very manifestation of life which as a Christian find so much lacking. It’s a lot of inspirational quotes from well known individuals, mostly Oprah Winfrey. While I found value in the game, had over $20k+ in funds at the end, it was good to pass time and unwind. I’d so love to see this with inspirational Bible verses and quotes from some saints. The problem with manifesting language is that it’s extremely “self” absorbed and somewhat narcissistic. Yes it did promote some wholesome thought to give love, be loving etc but it’s mostly about self promotion. Again, not angry about that just a little disappointed. Many blessings to all. ### 3/5 — Annoying but fun *2025-11-23, version 1.9* I enjoy the game. I’m definitely determined to finish all 500 levels. But I’m annoyed that the further along you get the less helpful the boost are. In the earlier rounds the boost were actually helpful. In the 200 levels the boosts kind of get in the way! Or they are placed in some idiotic spot and you’re forced to use them before you want to. It glitches more often than I like. Especially in the higher level. I mean cpl freezes in the middle of your game. Other than that … it keeps me on my toes. ### 3/5 — Scores *2025-10-22, version 1.9* I noticed on the scoring that it is not tracked properly. Upon pointing it out to your developers, they said, well you can still go on to the next level. I like the game, but what kind of game can’t keep score? It seems unbelievable to me. ### 2/5 — Starts good, deteriorates rapidly *2025-09-29, version 1.9* As has been said by a number of other people, I did not read the reviews before I got the game, it starts out fun. But then you get to levels that are absolutely impossible to win and that’s not why I play games. If I wanted something difficult I would go to work. I play games for something easy and mindless while I listen to a book. The developer knows about this, many of the comments mention it, they have some very rudimentary hints and tips, they don’t help much. Deleting and will never get anything from this developer. ### 3/5 — Still buggy *2025-05-07, version 1.9* Fun game at first, but then: 1. The game gets stuck on the loading screen 2. The game freezes between levels 3. The level requires you to build a snowman, but one never appears, making the level unsolvable (I purchased more moves 4 times and cleared all gems with boosters. No snowman.) 4. You swipe in one direction but the game interprets it as a swipe in a different direction, ruining your setup I would be upset if I paid for the game, but it was fun for a while on arcade. I’m tired of the bugs now, so I’m removing it. ### 2/5 — Got very non-casual quickly *2025-05-01, version 1.9* I thought this would be a strategic kind of game where you move things around and get past non-timed challenges in order to solve the word puzzle. It was all fine until they started in with insane bramble things that just grow and take over and eat up your time and turns while your already dealing with the matching color tile game play to simple reveal letters. At one point it also had a timer I didn’t know where it came from or why. I didn’t want a game that was stressful. I wanted casual. This was extremely annoying because you can’t just skip past them. So after I spend a lot of time getting into and enjoying the game, along comes this new hyper-play where you have to beat a clock, while also eating your turns to match color tiles that are the only way to kill the timed bramble things that can come from any side that a color touches them … just to try to find enough letters to solve the puzzle because you can’t even attempt that until all these truly insidious bramble things are “defeated”. If I wanted to defeat something I could play Minecraft on survival mode or go do an MMO. I just wanted to look at my phone and have causal fun. It was truly great until they just shove in timed stuff. I don’t play games with timed stuff so if you try this for casual fun, just beware that at some point it will become incapable. ### 4/5 — Fun for awhile *2025-04-20, version 1.9* I really like the concept of this game. Mixing the zen of a puzzle-based game with positive quotes is the perfect way to gently stretch my mind and unwind. Unfortunately, I have to delete the app after a few weeks. At level 101, the puzzle becomes timed-based, turning the game into a more intense experience that is no longer enjoyable to me. It would’ve been nice to toggle time-based features off. ### 4/5 — Keeps Freezing *2025-03-30, version 1.9* Like the game but it keeps freezing during play. ### 3/5 — Fun but buggy *2025-03-24, version 1.9* This app is fun to play, but is full of bugs. You will work hard to clear a level, often using many of your earned coins and then it crashes making you do it all over again. I wrote customer service and the only thing they said was they are aware that this is happening and made no offer to replace the thousands of wasted coins. Also know that all of the quotes you have to solve are very liberal quotes. Ignore them and don’t read them, but if Oprah, Michelle O and Elizabeth Warren are your jam, you’ll find that here. Until you get to around level 146 that is impossible to solve. I have tried for 2 weeks. Then I started to ignore it and do the side games. Those seemed fun, too until I realized whoever designed the board made some of the games in the side series impossible to solve, too,due to a flawed layout. All in all, this is a beautiful, frustrating game that I don’t recommend. It is advertised as relaxing and is anything but. This one in particular has issues loading, running, with resources/heat, and it doesn’t even follow its own game rules lol. I’m not sure if this was even tested. Maybe it was coded by a teenager? For example, if I drag down on an item to make a match, the game instead registers a horizontal swipe and my move is ruined. Happens more often than not. Ruins the game. If you continue to experience issues after reinstalling the app, please let our team know at support@boldmoves.zendesk.com ### 5/5 — If you’re looking for a seriously challenging puzzle game, this is the game for you *2025-01-03, version 1.9* I’m the individual that furiously finishes games and feels deflated and unchallenged. The series of disappointing reviews stating it’s too hard are unwarranted. There are many games that fit that profile, most of them in fact. Let those of us who go through those wanting more, have this one. Are there bugs and issues? Yes. Sometimes it won’t load the next level. Swipe up and open the game again. It’ll load this time. Sometimes the share feature doesn’t work and you lose your reward but this can be fixed. Sometimes when you swipe a certain way, it goes a different way, which can be annoying. I am extremely careful about the angle my finger is at and placement which has alleviated much of that. Thank you for a challenge. Thank you for the sheer amount of levels. I absolutely love copious amounts of levels. Please keep adding more. I would love more side games and daily quotes. I blow through these so quickly I have none left and must wait for new ones to drop. This is a beautiful game as are all of your games. Don’t make it easier. The people asking for easy can play the easy games which are plentiful. This game is challenging and I freaking love it that way. In fact, make it harder. The graphics are beautifully detailed, so it takes a few seconds to load but it has never crashed.
