Als ik auto entry uitschakel blijft de muziek perfect spelen. Geen idee of het een Bold probleem is of een Apple probleem, want CarPlay krijgt niet al te veel liefde van Cupertino. Voor de rest een zéér tevreden Bold Smart Lock gebruiker. 👌 ### 3/5 — An sich gut aber… *2025-01-10* Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Schlössern, allerdings fragt die Apple Watch immer nach einem Login obwohl das Mobile eingeloggt ist. Ich muss sagen dass der Schloss an sich ganz stabil aussieht und auch die Bedienung und Erkennung für die Auto Unlock im Radius sehr gut funktioniert. Einziges Mako : der Schloss lässt sich nicht über den Watch App entsperren wenn das Handy sich nicht in der Nähe befindet oder nicht abrufbar ist. Also wenn mal laufen geht und sein Handy nicht mitnimmt kann schon man ausgesperrt werden!!! Ist das so gewünscht oder sollte die Watch nicht die gleiche Berechtigung wie das Handy zum Entsperren des Locks? ### 3/5 — Link to share *2023-12-23, version 2.6.9* I just started using this lock but I would like to have like a link to send to people to open the door instead of them having to download the app. Please look at it as not everyone wants to download apps. Thanks ### 3/5 — Das Schloss ist super, die App nervig *2023-11-04* Das schloss selber finde ich einwandfrei, aber bei der App nerven mich ein paar Dinge. ZB würde ich gerne im Widget mein Connect auslösen, sodass ich vor der Tür nicht warten muss. Geht aber nicht, also entweder durch 12 Menüs klicken, oder halt vor der Tür warten. Manchmal funktioniert das automatische offnen, manchmal nicht. Nichts was man nicht fixen kann mit nem Update, aber trotzdem unnötig viel geklicke. ### 2/5 — Leider noch viele kleine Mankos *2023-10-31* Das Schloss, die Idee dahinter und die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut. Leider gibt es jedoch noch kleine sehr nervige Mankos, der Umkreis für die Auto unlook lässt sich leider nicht individuell einstellen, wenn man zum Beispiel mit dem Hund kurz um die 4 Ecken möchte langt die Entfernung nicht um eine Aktivierungen. Der Bluetoothempfang ist sehr auch schlecht, man muss den clicker sowie das Handy ganz nah ans Schloss halten, es langt nicht das dass Handy in der Hosentasche ist. Bis eine Verbindung aufgebaut ist vergeht auch eine Weile, was sehr nervig ist. ### 3/5 — Tolles Teil, aber… *2023-03-10* Alles funktioniert wie es soll bis auf ein Punkt. Leider hat sich bereits zweimal nachts das Schloss selbst aktiviert… Wir haben die Auto-Aktivierung an aber unsere Handys in der Zeit keinen Millimeter bewegt. Dies birgt natürlich ein gewisses Risiko. Wäre super, wenn der Support sich dazu äußern könnte. ### 3/5 — Great lock but not well known - Need watch app! *2023-01-26, version v2.4.3* This lock is really well made and so much better than many decent branded items. It works very well (1 year now) and looks and feels high quality. Just let down by slightly poor app and no Apple Watch option as has both been mentioned before. Really odd Bold don’t address this as their product is exceptional and they could sell a load more! ### 2/5 — viel Luft nach oben … *2023-01-20* wir haben insgesamt zehn Schlösser verbaut und es gibt leider immer wieder Probleme. Regelmäßig wird man komplett ausgeloggt, dann ist die Bedienung in der App nicht wirklich benutzerfreundlich, verglichen mit aktuellen Maßstäben merkt man schon, dass hier seit zwei Jahren keinerlei weitere Entwicklung stattfindet. Das gilt natürlich auch für die Apple Watch Version, auf die man wahrscheinlich noch lange warten darf. teilweise reagieren die Schlösser auch ziemlich träge oder man muss mehrfach das öffnen am Handy anfordern. ### 4/5 — No AppleWatch app? *2023-01-04* Would be 5-star IF it would also work with your AppleWatch! ### 4/5 — Super Schloss, nur leider keine Apple Watch App *2022-12-30* Bin sehr zufrieden. Einfach Lösung. Kann wirklich jeder einbauen und nutzen, der weiss wie ein Schraubendreher aussieht. Nutze geschäftlich lange schon ein ähnliches System von einem anderen Hersteller, werden da aber wuch bald auf Bold umswitchen. Kleines Manko, es gibt keine Apple Watch app. Damit wäre es noch schöner zu bedienen. Oder eine Integration in Apple Kurzbefehle wäre auch toll, dann könnte man darüver wenigstens sich selbst eine Lösung für ein Widget oder die Apple Watch schaffen. Ich habe bold schon einmal weiterempfehlen können und habe das auch gerne getan. Ich freue mich auf noch ein paar hoffentlich kommende Software Features wie Watch und Widgets o.ä.. ### 3/5 — Grundsätzlich gut aber Iwatch fehlt *2022-12-21* Sehr gute Hardware und zu erlässige Anwendung mit Handy oder Clicker. Bei der Codefunktion klappt es ab und an nicht. It’s a dreadful solution. Please spare yourself a headache and keep on looking. ### 1/5 — Visual cue whether locked is a MUST *2025-10-21, version 2.11.1* I cannot believe this essential feature is missing from the app. The whole UX needs reviewing - it is a bit of a worry not knowing if you managed to lock the front door if you’re going away! Please fix this. Also the history bit should be more verbose and useful - ‘Activation’ does not give us any indication as to whether the lock was opened or closed. It’s worrying that the issue was pointed out by another customer some 3 years ago and there’s not been any fix. Please can the developers comment here if it’s an unfixable issue? If yes, Bold shouldn’t sell this product. ### 1/5 — Buggy *2025-06-26, version 2.10.2* I try to invite people but buttons in the app just don’t work. Had to restart the app multiple times because it got stuck. The settings are set to the correct settings. The app crashed on me 3 times and was stuck outside. No support on website… ### 1/5 — Going to have to uninstall this lock *2022-01-24, version 2.2.1* The implementation of this app is terrible. If it cannot reach the server for a verified device it refuses to unlock. This really needs addressing as it’s quite dangerous. I understand the need to communicate with a server for notifications etc but the simple act of unlocking should be done locally. ### 2/5 — Langsam schlechter Apple Watch Support *2026-05-16* Die App reagiert etwas langsam. Was aber viel störender ist das ohne ersichtlichen Grund die Apple Watch eine Meldung bringt das man sich auf dem Iphone anmelden soll. Wenn man ohne das Smartphone vor der Tür steht, nur mit der Apple Watch ist das ein ganz großes Problem. Übrigens, auf dem Telefon ist man trotz dieser Meldung sauber angemeldet. This is the one! Great device with super easy setup(actually too easy I kept thinking is that it!). The beta software needs work but hay it’s beta.
