Tired of seeing “Coming Soon” on so many areas of the contacts profile page. Not being able to change a campaign from the app is mind numbing. Also, imagine how inconvenient it would be if your CRM’s mobile app didn’t allow you to schedule appointments from the app. Oh wait….. that’s right up “BoldFails” alley. Get it together! Seriously! ### 1/5 — We thought the KV Core app was bad 🤯 *2025-09-10* The worst. This Kv Core conversion to bold Trail has been the absolute worst experience of my entire life when it comes to CRM. I have to remove and download this app at least once a week in order for it to work correctly... if I can even use the word correctly and this app in the same sentence. I'm more than disappointed with the entire Boldtrail program. Google spreadsheets is more reliable 🤷🏻‍♀️ ### 1/5 — Would give 0 if I could *2025-09-09, version 3.0.7* Every lead I click on disappears. No one gets back to me. KvCORE is so much better ### 1/5 — No help *2025-08-21* I emailed support and have yet to hear from them regarding issues I’m having. There are several features that used to work. Now I only get a pop-up that says “coming soon”. I reached out on Facebook-no help. And when I called customer service they basically said they couldn’t help me. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I’ve tried everything I know and no one will help. ### 1/5 — Bugs bugs and more bugs *2025-06-25* My team has been using BoldTrail for less than 6 months and we are already looking to transition off of it to another CRM. The app itself is complete garbage. Nothing loads. Things will work for one day won’t work the next. You need to delete and redownload it almost weekly. Does not do what it says it will. Can’t call from it and cannot update or create searches from it. After I place a call, sometimes it records the call, and sometimes it does not. After I place a call and add a note, sometimes it saves the note, and sometimes it does not. Pretty basic functions that they cannot seem to get right. ### 1/5 — Terrible compared to the competition *2025-05-22* This app is so clunky and difficult to use and glitches all the time. It’s very slow and logged me out all the time in spite of my settings. It also seems to function differently every time I go to open it. No matter how much you try to get out they continue to charge your account and threaten to send you to collections. Sales reps market the product and fail to explain that if you do no not like the product or you fall on hard times that you will not be able to cancel your subscription. Customer service reps strong arm you with every tactic they can to get you to continue paying and refuse to send you to their managers. A lawyer is literally the only step you can take. Ever since they rebranded to BoldTrail the app has never worked. It will spin and spin and spin. Paying $$$$$ a month a can’t get a decent app is a problem. The idea of this CRM is great. But you keep adding too much and not giving QUALITY systems. I am just having to use my phone instead and bypass the CRM altogether. Such a non-intuitive and unnecessarily complicated product. The app is worthless and wastes time instead of saving it as far as I’m concerned. 🫤 ### 1/5 — Pointless *2026-01-13, version 3.0.9* I can’t access any of my contact or see any messages. The desktop version works fine for me but the app is completely useless. ### 1/5 — Trash app *2025-12-06* This app is trash! I was with BoldTrail when it was KVcore and since BoldTrail I can never get to my notifications on the app. I’ll receive the notification and click on it and when in the app I constantly get “no notifications” and a blank screen. I have to log on to a browser to get notifications. It is so annoying and costs me valuable response time with clients. After contacting support this response is always to delete the app and reinstall which never fixes the problem. I’m sorry I chose to continue with BoldTrail. ### 1/5 — SCAM BUYER BEWARE *2025-11-20, version 3.0.9* Do not under any circumstances pay for this service. This company is a scam and they won’t let you out of paying them even though they don’t deliver on what they say they will. 0 stars if possible. ### 1/5 — Worst product and customer service *2025-11-20* Worst real estate platform I’ve ever used. RUN. Inside Real Estate / BoldTrail has been an absolute nightmare. The system was misrepresented to me as single-agent friendly, when in reality it’s built for teams and brokerages. After months of trying to learn their convoluted CRM and sitting through awful training videos, I found out they had created two websites for me — including one that used my broker’s name and made it look like I was her brokerage. Huge DRE compliance issue and completely unacceptable. Support is a joke. Slow responses, disorganization, and now a bot answering customer service emails. When I asked to end my contract (with multiple legitimate reasons AND my broker threatening legal action), they refused — and instead tried to rope me into another year at $300/month. Who does that? This company is unethical, misleading, and not worth a fraction of the $650/month they charge. If you’re a single agent, avoid this company like the plague ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time!! *2025-11-14* I’ve truly made every effort to make this platform work for my business. I integrated it into my tech stack, used kvCORE, and even turned down alternative options my company offered because I wanted to believe in the product vision. Unfortunately, the execution is so far from functional reality that it has materially impacted my ability to operate. The mobile app routinely misses or loses messages, notifications fail, and in many cases I can’t even open or respond to inbound communication. On the desktop side, the system glitches continuously—page jumps, frozen screens, and instability anytime I attempt to navigate between leads or modules. It creates operational drag at every turn. As someone running a high-volume real estate practice, reliability isn’t optional. This platform has made even basic workflow management unnecessarily difficult, and it has ultimately been one of the most regrettable decisions I made for my business this year. The concept is strong, but the current performance makes it nearly impossible to conduct business with confidence. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work well *2025-11-03* Hey, I’ve been using it for a few months now. The desktop version website works great, but I keep on having to delete and re-download the app because it keeps on not seeing my contacts. It’s kind of frustrating because I have it on my phone to be used Mobley but every few weeks I need to delete it and re-download it and log back in. Compared to the other CRM apps this is probably the most buggy one I’ve ever used. ### 1/5 — No Support, Rude Support, Overpriced, Lots of Bugs *2025-10-07, version 3.0.7* Besides no sense of urgency for your business, they refuse to support you, they will ignore you when they feel like it, they are the absolute worst. The product is overpriced, the additional features are even more overpriced, and the bugs are constant. ## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — I love this app *2025-04-06* So this app makes it easy to organize and promote your leads and send them links without having to search through your phones endless supply of text messages. You can set up reminders to text/call customers and when it reminds you, you can click on the customers name to call them. It basically seems to have made everything super simple. ### 5/5 — BoldTrail Pro: The ONLY Tech Stack You Need to Be Successful in Real Estate *2024-09-07* Simply put, BoldTrail Pro is the best end-to-end agent technology solution on the market. Like any tool, it is only as good as the user that uses it and their willingness to learn it and use it. I say that because you may come across reviews that criticize the platform; however, those individuals didn’t take the time to learn the platform and properly leverage it. I have build a successful brokerage that has grown from 2 agents to over 100 agents in less than five years and I could not have done it without this powerhouse platform behind me, helping me support our agents and our customers. ### 4/5 — Pretty Solid *2025-04-07* So I’m not having the issues and bugs that the other reviews are having. Which is good. I’ve only used for about a month and when I’m away from my desk, it provides all the necessary info on lead management. BUT I wish it did more that the website does. Hoping it will improve soon.? ### 2/5 — Old app vs New app *2025-11-03* Why are there some actions I can do on kvCore app but not on BoldTrail app or myWeichet app? Or it says “coming soon.” I am trying to be tech savvy and use the apps, but I find myself switching between three different apps that are supposedly all on the same platform. I do marketing for a realtor in their late 50s. I’m never going to be able to get her to juggle three apps like I do for her. Please update and consolidate all these apps so I can encourage use of the app. I have a ton of feedback on everything if anyone wants to hear it with possible suggestions. I want to help, and not just complain. :) ### 2/5 — Doesn’t Populate Contacts *2025-10-06* I’ve been trying to get this figured out. Uninstall, reinstall, use KVCore instead. The app works - but it won’t populate my contacts. It’s pretty to look at, but I can’t actually work from it unfortunately. Can’t pull up contacts, notifications, etc. It’s like I have no one in there and I know that’s mot the case.
