The app is unable to send a WhatsApp access code to numbers outside of Mexico. Boletia is aware of the problem and stated months ago that it would be fixed. It hasn’t happened. ### 2/5 — Where is my code? *2026-06-26* I keep asking for a code to enter my account (both via SMS and WhatsApp) but nothing happens. I never receive it and therefore can’t use the app anymore nor get my tickets. ### 1/5 — RATEROS! En la App Boletia los boletos cuentan con QR dinámico y las capturas están restringidas para brindar mayor seguridad y evitar fraudes. Puedes transferir boletos de forma gratuita desde la app para que cada persona tenga acceso seguro a sus entradas. ### 1/5 — Don’t buy tickets through Boletia *2025-12-14* This app is causing me to miss the event that I paid to attend. The ONLY way to get the ticket I purchased is to register with this app. But the app is rejecting my registration. This is insanity. The Boletia App is required to access tickets securely using dynamic QR codes, which is why they aren’t emailed.
