I have been unable to access my tickets because my phone number is in the US. The app is unable to send a WhatsApp access code to numbers outside of Mexico. Boletia is aware of the problem and stated months ago that it would be fixed. It hasn’t happened.

La compañía me mandó un código para comprar y pagar por mis boletos, pero ahora y por casualidad  la compañía no me
puede mandar otro código para tener acceso a mis boletos que ya pagué, eso es estafar y robar dinero del público; tengo 3 días mandando e-mails y no me solucionan el problema; los voy a denunciar con mi VISA para que me devuelvan mis 2000.00 que ya pagué!

Por qué se necesita descansar la app y registrarse allí para tener acceso a los boletos ya comprados? Es una “opción” para recopilar mas correos electrónicos y numerosos de teléfono?

This app is causing me to miss the event that I paid to attend. The ONLY way to get the ticket I purchased is to register with this app. But the app is rejecting my registration. This is insanity. They should email the tickets instead.

**Developer response:** We’re sorry for the frustration. The Boletia App is required to access tickets securely using dynamic QR codes, which is why they aren’t emailed. Nunca me dejó registrarme con el mismo número y correo con el que hice la compra (como lo pide las instrucciones de la app). Y me salió todo el tiempo mensaje que el correo ya estaba registrado.

I keep asking for a code to enter my account (both via SMS and WhatsApp) but nothing happens. I never receive it and therefore can’t use the app anymore nor get my tickets.

Bastante absurdo que no puedes tomar screenshot de tus boletos para pasárselos a tus amigos, sólo los puedes transferir por la app.

**Developer response:** Entendemos el inconveniente. En la App Boletia los boletos cuentan con QR dinámico y las capturas están restringidas para brindar mayor seguridad y evitar fraudes. Puedes transferir boletos de forma gratuita desde la app para que cada persona tenga acceso seguro a sus entradas.
