App does not open when you make menu choices to the left.  Just a waste of my money.   Cannot see any instructions to even begin learning.

Do not buy this app. The videos do not work. I have an iphone and ipad. I have tried it on different networks. Go to YouTube. The videos there work and are free.

Pathetic app- poor quality. Sad looking pics and some vague music in the name of Bollywood music!

I’ve loved this app. The routines are easy and fun, and astonish you with what you can learn in such easy stages! It’s great exercise, low impact, lots of fun! There was an in app purchase to unlock all of the routines, but the total cost when I bought it was $2 — great value for such a small price. This app is useful, effective, and really, really fun! Love it!
