I hit the grand jack pot which basically was $1149. I redeemed $1000 0n 8/17 and still haven’t received my redemption. Customer Service won’t respond but I think I didn’t verify my account. So I sent over my information and I have yet to hear anything. The redemption failed and the winnings were back in my balance. I redeemed again on Friday and still haven’t heard anything as of yet. If they give it back again; I will just play the game and delete the app. Now on other games they respond immediately and fix issues. So you have to know which games to download and play.
