It only shows pick up when receiving a request but not the drop off on the same map. Wenn man der Route abweicht tut es sich nicht aktualisieren. Es hängt dann einfach. Man muss die App schließen und neu öffnen damit die Route wieder aktualisiert. Und sobald ein Kunde storniert, dauert es bis man einen neuen Auftrag bekommt. Oder wenn man offline geht und dann wieder online, wird man vom System benachteiligt und bekommt nur kleine Aufträge oder Aufträge die an die Stadtgrenze bringt und man muss leer zurück fahren weil man keine Anschluss Fahrten bekommt. Man wird bestraft wenn man offline geht. Früher war Bolt sehr gut. But, please read this: - Update your map. It is not as user friendly as you think (now it’s updated, well done) -Show pick up and also drop off on the app. This will make drivers more likely to accept trips with bolt. ( you still have to solve this, I don’t accept trips blindly unless I’m familiar with the area and the post codes) Those are my key concerns at the moment with bolt. Ricky from London. ### 4/5 — Low earning trip *2026-08-04, version 141.1* Bolt earning trip is too low especially when you have car branding bonus and unfair for the driver when trip is more than 10kms. ### 3/5 — Need some improvements as it is not at its best *2026-08-01* First of all the app needs update because whenever Driver goes to pick up a customer from the destination, the house number is always wrong. Second thing is, customer final destination postcode doesn’t appear on the app. Also, the tracking of Driver from the Customer app is not good because if the driver is going on a first job and he have accepted the second job in the journey the second Customer keep tracks of the Driver way or she is going and complains that you are not here. It should be restricted for Customer. Customer can only see if the Driver is free from the job. Also APP do not allow apple car play **Developer response:** Hi! And when you use bolt sat nav specifically when you don’t no the route completely rely on sat nav and next job shows on screen and sat nav disappear and you lost the next turn. Every single document takes 3 days to be reviewed, with no clear timeline or progress updates. Worse, there is no way to contact customer support — no phone, no live chat, no email that actually responds. This makes the whole process incredibly frustrating and unreliable. As a professional driver in London, I need a platform that works efficiently, not one that wastes my time. I had to pay £9 out of my own pocket for Heathrow airport access after the passenger admitted they had booked the wrong vehicle and asked to cancel. Bolt refused to reimburse me and kept changing their reasons for rejecting my claim. Drivers deserve far better than this. Avoid driving for Bolt.
