The support seems limited to raising tickets, with little effort towards actually resolving recurring issues. Management personnel often choose not to answer calls, and despite repeated requests for a site visit and a one-on-one discussion, there has been no meaningful response. The equipment and customers appear to be neglected once installation is completed. A ticketing system cannot replace proper customer service , accountability and timely resolution. **Developer response:** We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our team will review the matter thoroughly and work towards resolving it at the earliest. ### 1/5 — Frequent Charging Disconnections – Needs Immediate Fix *2026-07-17* I have been using the 7.2 kW Bolt charger installed in our society to charge my Tata Punch EV, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Out of every 6–7 charging sessions, at least 2–3 end up with repeated disconnections. Typically, the charger disconnects after about an hour, and then continues disconnecting every 20–30 minutes. Each time, I have to go back to the parking area and reconnect the charger manually, making overnight or unattended charging practically impossible. This not only causes inconvenience but also increases the overall charging cost, as the base charges still apply despite the interrupted sessions. More importantly, the vehicle often remains undercharged because the charging cycle keeps getting interrupted. As this is a recurring issue and not an isolated incident, I request the Bolt team to investigate the charger thoroughly and resolve the problem permanently. A reliable charging experience is essential for EV owners, and the current performance falls well below expectations. ### 3/5 — Charger doesn’t stop even after the time set is elapsed *2026-06-17* Within three months i observed 4-5 times that the charging won’t stop even after the set charging time is finished, the power is drawn and car continues to charge. To raise a complaint i tried many times as the customer care call connects and just disconnects within few seconds, after a lot of try it connected to customer care and raised a complaint, waiting for their technical team to resolve the issue. **Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and understand how concerning it can be when a charging session continues beyond the selected duration. We also regret the difficulty you faced while trying to reach our support team. We understand that a complaint has already been raised, and our technical team is actively investigating the issue. We appreciate your patience and will work towards resolving this at the earliest. ### 1/5 — Charging issues *2026-06-02* The charging estimations are all wrong. No matter what duration you set, the charging stops midway. Never had this issue with any other charging company. They claim that the charger delivered the amount that was estimated. But I do t care about that. I care about how long I ant to charge because I know my vehicle will reach a set percentage by that time. These people estimate it all wrong for the vehicle type and stop the charger once the estimate is reached. Support staff is also dumb to the core, they just cut copy paste boiler plate stuff and don’t understand a word of what I’m truly to explain. They need to either improve their estimate by vechiclr type or let me charge however long i wish to charge or if my vehicle reaches 100%. **Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for the experience you've had and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Currently, our charging sessions operate based on an Energy Cut-off feature, where the estimated energy is calculated using the selected vehicle and charging duration. The app remained on even after the charge was completed - for what? The app don’t need to run for all time even if it’s you have put on your vehicle charging. One improvement I would like to see is to be able to book the charger for units of power instead of time or percentage if it the charger can communicate with the car.
