## What is BOMA BOOKING?

Boma is a marketplace for short and mid-stay homes in Tanzania. Search verified apartments, houses and villas, see the full price before you book, and pay the way that suits you.

FOR GUESTS
• Explore homes by place and category: beachfront, Zanzibar, city stays, near safari, Kilimanjaro views and more
• Browse as a list or on a map with nightly prices
• Photos, amenities, house rules, cancellation policy and reviews on every listing
• "Verified by Boma" homes have been checked by our team
• Clear price breakdown with no surprises
• Pay now, or reserve now and pay later where the host allows it
• Pay with M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, Halopesa or card
• Save favourites to wishlists and message your host in the app
• Use Boma in English or Swahili

FOR HOSTS
• List your home step by step with photos, prices and house rules
• Manage your calendar, block dates and set minimum stays
• Verify your identity once and build trust with guests
• Get paid by mobile money

SAFE BY DESIGN
