## What is BOMAG Service 4.0?

The Service 4.0 mobile app can join you and your colleagues on any assignments and provides direct access to all relevant technical information, fault codes and service partners in your area. Fault codes can be read out directly on site using the QR code.

Function overview:
- Direct access to all relevant machine documents, such as spare parts catalogues, operating and maintenance instructions, fault codes
- By means of a QR code scanner fault codes can be read out directly
- Download technical documents in PDF format
- Search for BOMAG service partners and dealers
- Personal documents can also be used offline

- Widgets on the home screen - You can now add several new widgets to your device's home screen. Please note that the widgets only display content when you are logged into the app. The following new widgets are available:

   - Search - Quick access to the app's search page. You can resize the widget to also show buttons for quick access to other pages of the app, such as My Files or Community.

   - Downloads - Access your downloaded files directly from your home screen.

   - Favorites - Access your bookmarked files directly from your home screen.

- Favorites - You can now download an entire folder and its contents to your device as a ZIP archive. This also works in offline mode. In offline mode, only bookmarked files listed in the Downloads tab of the My Files page can be downloaded.
