Verified at restaurant that my email and phone are in he system yet I cannot reset the password. Nor will anyone respond to multiple emails for weeks.

Downloaded the app for the rewards but the QRS code on the receipts don’t work.

The app works fine! And the food is amazing! But lately the inbox has been saying I have one new message and there is nothing there and making my phone think I have a notification when I do not, and they have been sending out the same email for the same promotion multiple times in the past couple days it’s very weird and should be addressed.
