## What is BombaDuel?

BombaDuel is minesweeper flags: a fast 1v1 duel on a shared minefield. You and a real opponent take turns on the same board. Tap a cell: if it's safe, the turn passes; if it's a mine, you claim it and keep playing. First to claim more than half the mines wins. Fall three mines behind and your catch-up bomb unlocks: your next tap blasts a whole block, 4x4 on Classic and up to 7x7 on Huge.

It is the two player minesweeper a lot of people remember, rebuilt for phones, with live online matchmaking and a ranked ladder.

THREE BOARD SIZES
• Classic: 12x18 grid, 51 mines (~5 minutes)
• Large: 14x22 grid, 76 mines (~8 minutes)
• Huge: 20x28 grid, 140 mines (~15 minutes)

Pick a size before every match. Pinch and pan to zoom on the larger boards.

ONLINE MULTIPLAYER
• Tap Find Match and the queue shows live waiter counts on each board size. Switch with a single tap to chase the busiest size.
• Pick "Any size" to pair with the very next opponent and let the matchmaker decide the board.
• No opponent in 18 seconds? Play vs the bot on the size you picked.
• Invite a friend with a link. Your code travels with their install, so the app knows who brought them in.

GLOBAL LEADERBOARD
Every online win, loss, or draw updates your ELO rating (starting at 1080). Climb the Top 100 leaderboard, or chase your best streak.

QUICK + LIGHT
• Anonymous play out of the box. No account required for bot games.
• Sign in with email to play ranked online and keep your stats.
• Free to play. No pressure, no streaks, no setup: open it and duel.

Fixed a crash that could close the game mid-match.

Online duels now run on one shared clock, so both players watch the same countdown instead of two that slowly drift apart. If your opponent walks away, the match ends and the result is recorded, rather than leaving you alone on the board.

The move timer you pick before a bot game is the one you actually get.

You also get a heads-up the moment the connection drops, and the board now reads out loud for screen readers.

The menus now fade at their edges instead of cutting off, so it is always clear when there is more to scroll. Plus stability fixes under the hood.
