It is my first time playing but my game does not load

I was able to play once when i downloaded it and the next day it was not letting me play. I had to sign in but the email did not work And the guest I just wouldn’t load. I killed the app, fully shut down my device, and deleted and reinstalled it. I am at my wits end I can’t play.
