My ultrasound video is gone. my one and only where we saw her gender. tried to file a support claim and it wouldnt even let me send through the app and my entire has been wiped. ???

For about 4 months, I’ve been having daily problems with viewing ultrasounds and photos that I’ve purchased through the app. The app auto updates, so that’s not the problem. Seems there are consistent bugs and problems with this app. Reaching out to support hasn’t been helpful. This sucks because my provider only uses this for ultrasound. Hopefully they’ll find an alternative.

Tried logging on for the first time since the switch to Bomee, my information was not loading and my ultrasounds pictures and videos are gone. I cannot even submit a support request. I deleted the app to see if it would fix the issue, and now I cannot even log in to my account! Please help me fix this so I can save my pics/videos!! :(

The ultrasound boutique I used, required this app be used to access your session photos (something I did not know until after the fact). I immediately had issues downloading my photos, which had the Bomee watermark all over them. After attempts to delete and then re-download the app, I was locked out of my account. I had to wait a full business day for any response from support, which told me to delete the app and re-download. The ultrasound boutique also said they were having issues with the app as well and ended up sending me my photos another route. It then took weeks to get Bomee to delete my information. They are incredibly invasive with the access they want to your phone. I would pass on downloading this app.
