I need to constantly log out And log in. Otherwise it can’t open my previous purchases. Also when checking out I need to re enter the name And address And phone number over And over again. This is not a good user experience. I used my apple id to register. Some how this app is not well designed.

Tohle je snad nejhorší aplikace, se kterou jsem kdy měl tu čest. Zaregistruju se, označím si oblíbené produkty, hodím je do košíku, začnu vybírat dopravu — a stačí jedna chyba, třeba nevybraná pobočka Zásilkovny nebo omylem kliknout zpět, a všechno je fuč. Košík prázdný, oblíbené produkty smazané. Pracuju v IT, vyvíjím aplikace, takže fakt nejsem žádný technický analfabet, ale tohle je UX peklo. A jako bonus mi třikrát přišel e-mail, že platba neproběhla, i když jsem ji už dvakrát úspěšně odeslal. Jestli si chcete totálně zkazit den, stáhněte si aplikaci Bonami a zkuste přes ni něco koupit.

Am achiziționat covoare de la ei care după nici o lună s-au destrămat.  Persoana de la call center vorbea într-una și nu ma lăsa să duc o propoziție la capăt.  Am ridicat tonul ca să o determin să mă asculte și mi-a închis telefonul în nas.  Produse de foarte proaspăt calitate, cel mai necalificat personal și rău intenționat personal pe care l-am întâlnit, un tupeu de nedescris să închizi telefonul clientului în nas. A  durata livrări  foarte mare.  Nu recomand și am să fac plângere inclusiv la ANPC.

U aplikace mi vadí několik nefunkčních věcí. Po kliknutí na srdíčko, abych si přidala produkt k oblíbeným, se nic nestane. Stejně tak vytvoření složky oblíbených produktů jsem zkoušela několikrát, nová složka se nikdy nevytvořila. Když kliknu na “Moje objednávky”, aplikace mě místo na ně, přesune zpět na domovskou stránku. 

Nákup sám byl pak relativně rychlý a proběhlo vše v pořádku.
