Also the new UI is considerably worse than the previous iteration - slower and less intuitive. Stop letting your interns push changes into production. ### 3/5 — The new design needs to be tailored more for Ro users *2025-04-14, version 6.11.1* I am so sorry to be disappointed by the app, I used to love it, but I really don't match with the new ui. I have used munch in Budapest, but it was a different experience, better than the interface forced onto Bonapp. The bonapp old ui was simple and efficient, with favourite locations streamlined, and you could see what truly interested you. the new app is truly annoying, because 1. it is spamming me every day at 7 am with tens of notifications, 2. in theory it would be ok to have groups of packages that can be picked up in the morning and some in the evening, but it makes it just busy and hard to navigate,because it keeps repeating. 3. since the merge with munch there are far leas offers for Cluj, I guess usage dropped. so disappointed as a long long time user, because I love the concept. The flow needs to be tweaked for Romanian users and maybe incentivise more partners from Cluj, have them actually add pictures, streamline and minimalize the app, make it less busy, because now it is harder to see the price too, and people are not that motivated to leave rating option (on the Hungarian version it was nice to see ratings ans even comments from users from Budapest, but on the Cluj version it jist makes the view busy). i bet it can be customized even if it has to follow munch's design. Hope to see an update in the future and maybe a refresh of partners and offers in Cluj, where it has been stale for a while, beside the rebranding issues. ### 2/5 — Not that user friendly *2025-03-28, version 6.10.0* The new app version seems too difficult to navigate. De ce nu aveti nici o metoda de contact si sunt obligat sa va scriu aici? (UPDATE: S-a rezolvat, acum se poate autentificare cu Apple. De asemenea, este sectiune pentru contact la Profil.) ### 2/5 — Update m-a facut sa dau delete la app.. *2025-03-17, version 6.9.0* Unde imi este contul si istoricul comenzilir anterioare? Nowhere to be found - I created 2-3 accounts in order to try to understand how to recover my previous one. I chose to delete all of them.. which was very easy.. what happened? new app - no account - no users? what were you thinking? 🤦🏻‍♀️ ### 2/5 — Not good *2025-03-15, version 6.9.0* After aquisition, the new app is hard to follow. Fonts are too small, in the old app it eas much more easier to see the offers. I don’t know why it has been updated this way ### 3/5 — Good concept, unfriendly app *2025-03-06, version 6.9.0* I’ve been using this app for a while now and it’s salutary and welcomed. But there new version of the app is very hard to navigate. It needs to offer the option to add the locations that interests you in your wish list. Because it is very difficult to navigate with a lot of info squeezed in a small screen, i love interest and give up. So, i suggest giving us the option to make a list of favorite locations or businesses and be able to receive notifications when they upload a product. Saved a lot of money and discovered some new places with tasty food. Since the update, though, the app keeps crashing, freezes, auto scrolls back to top of the page. Previous you had a list with fav places and from there you could choose what you need. The new version still has bugs, hope you can improve it or it will become unusable. ### 3/5 — Became spammy after a while *2025-01-25, version 3.3* Notifications for when a shop I follow posts something are very useful but I never chose to get marketing notifications and I don’t have a way of turning them off. Now BROKEN *2025-03-11, version 6.9.0* Ma bucur super mult ca exista o modalitate simpla de a ajuta la fenomenul de food waste si economisire. Keep going si expand la marile orase. ;) gg! Update: din pacate update-ul asta a stricat aplicatia. E cel mai greoi UI pe care l-am vazut de mult timp - elemente peste tot, n filtrari, probleme de contrast - nu mai poti vedea toate ofertele de la aceeasi locatie, nu mai sunt ordonate in functie de distanta, pozele si descrierile sunt alambicate si nu au nicio ordine - ma doare creierul de fiecare data cand o accesez si nu imi mai vine sa o folosesc. The biggest shame. Avem atâtea orașe mari, unde utilitatea este evidentă. Dar, din păcate, în dulcele stil românesc, dezvoltatorii se ocupă strict de orașul de unde provin (Cluj) și de vaca de muls bani (București).
