They have more fees than regular banks !!  Defiling to change to another credit union !!  Ive been with them for over 20 yrs and get with fee after fee and I’m done !!

Why have a fingerprint feature if it makes you type in your password every single time you log i to the app. Even after 5 minutes, you still have to type in your password. That is ridiculous. Please fix it!

It stops using facial recognition after a few times and keeps making you log in. I have set it every time and it switches off. I have to delete the app then reinstall to get it to work again but it doesn’t last. Please fix it!

10/6/19 facial recognition still not working correctly! Just stops working even though I have it activated. Have to enter password every time.

3/10/2020 facial recognition still not working! Does not work at all. Please fix.

5/11/2020 still does not work with facial recognition after a period of time. SO frustrating. I have to delete app and reinstall and go through everything all over again. Please fix this!
