Free Services:
1. Location Services: Stay connected to loved ones by using our Location Services to see where your contacts are any time on the map. You’ll receive notifications when your family and friends arrive and leave their destination.
2. Siren (w/o Security Agent): When you want to draw attention to your situation, hold down the Siren button for 3-seconds to activate a loud alarm and flashing lights.
3. Emergency Services Dialer: We’re not a replacement for the authorities. In the event of an emergency, you can tap the emergency services button to be connected to the authorities. It will call the local emergency services number for your location.

Premium Services:
4. 24/7 Security Agents: If you’re feeling uncomfortable or unsafe - reach out to a live Personal Security Agent via chat, call, or live video for security guidance, 24/7. 
5. Ready An Agent: If you’re feeling cautious and want to put a Personal Security Agent on alert, tap Ready An Agent.
6. Track Me On The Go: If you’re nervous or in an unfamiliar area, activate Track Me On The Go and have our Personal Security Agents and technology monitor you while you walk, drive, bike, or take public transportation. We’ll watch for any deviations along your route. If we detect changes or if you don't arrive at your destination by the Estimated Arrival Time, we will reach out to verify your safety.
7. Video Monitor Me: Whenever you’re feeling uneasy about your situation or surroundings, simply tap Video Monitor Me and a Personal Security Agent will be instantly by your side to accompany you via live video.
8. Security Check: Schedule virtual check-ins to verify the safety of you or someone else.
9. Siren (with Security Agent): When you want to draw attention to your situation, hold down the Siren button for 3-seconds to activate a loud alarm and flashing lights. If you don’t deactivate Siren after 10-seconds, you’ll be connected to a Personal Security Agent. 

Pay-Per-Use Services:
10. Send Me A Car (via 3rd party): If you need to get out of an unsafe situation quickly, tap Send Me A Car and our Personal Security Agents will send a car to pick you up and take you to a nearby safe place.
11. Roadside Assistance (via 3rd party): If you have car trouble and need roadside assistance, reach out to a Personal Security Agent to help you get back on the road, through partnerships with top providers.
12. Telemedicine (via 3rd party): Get medical questions answered by connecting with a doctor via our Telemedicine provider.
13. Bodyguard (via 3rd party providers): Reserve affordable, highly trained, and professional bodyguards whenever you need them, on demand.

### 5/5 — 3 rd Update Excellent App – Real Peace of Mind

I first invested a small amount in Bond (OBAI) on WeFunder back in July 2025. At the time I thought the app idea was brilliant, but I only took a tiny position so I wouldn’t forget about the company and could follow its progress.

It’s now been well over a month of heavy real-world testing with my very active teenage daughter (a cross-country runner and ebike rider) and wife — including a very active vacation in Miami — and I’m genuinely impressed. I’ve live-tested the app in practice mode dozens of times, and every single time a live agent responded within 3 to 6 seconds (never more than 4–5 seconds). 

The live agents are smart, intelligent, and know exactly what they’re doing — they actively encourage practicing and tell teenagers (and I assume everyone else) to use practice mode often so they’re comfortable if they ever really need help.

The notifications are lightning fast, accurate, and rock-solid reliable. 

The “Track Me on the Go” feature has been a game-changer. My daughter can head out on her own (something I would’ve never allowed in the past), and the app proactively checks in if she doesn’t confirm arrival. One time she went to the wrong CVS and the agent immediately followed up with a text and then called my wife to make sure everything was okay. Even when we were completely out of their service area on the way to San Juan, the app clearly told us we weren’t covered yet and gave us the correct local emergency number to dial (112). That level of proactive care gives me huge peace of mind.

The background monitoring is thoughtful (it asks for permission and gives full control), the app is simple, clean, and it just works.

Bond already operates in 28 countries and is rapidly expanding. As a family that travels a lot, this excites me tremendously — knowing we’ll have this extra layer of security and peace of mind wherever we go in the future.

I’m honestly amazed that not every parent, single woman, real estate agent, lone worker, or anyone who travels or works alone has this yet. It’s that good.

After several weeks of real-world testing with my teenage daughter and wife, I’m genuinely impressed. The notifications are fast and reliable. Today my daughter left for the gym on her e-bike and I got the alert in about 25 seconds — before she even texted me.
As a fishing guide, I’m often 10 miles out on the ocean with clients. Even then, I still received clear updates when my wife and daughter left the house, arrived at school, and when my wife safely reached work. I use the app repetitively throughout my workday — it lets me just glance at my watch instead of fumbling with my phone (especially useful with wet, bait-covered hands).
The background monitoring option is thoughtful — it asks for permission and gives full control. The app is simple, clean, and just works.

This app uses Foreign agents that you can’t understand at all and are overseas clearly! For a company that proclaims to provide security services they have missed the mark! You need US based agents that can immediately help your members!

As a nomadic single female I really have appreciated having this app. Not only does it provide peace of mind and safety they went above and beyond when my aunt passed away. They assisted us in calling 911 in her home town and then called to check on us some days afterwards. 🙏🏽

I want to say the app was okay i enjoyed it so much but the reason why I may the refund it because the agents had different accents and I had a hard time understanding them see with some people like me I have a hard time understanding certain accents i would give this a 4/5 because of the language barrier I obviously requested to have a English agent but they said that it would be provide but not guaranteed

Service super cher, des employés toujours endormis robotisés qui répètent le même script 24/7, 90% on vous parlera en français avec un accent que vous ne comprendrez pas, ne connaissent rien à la carte et aux rues de France mais prétendent qu’ils s’y trouvent alors que l’accent dit clairement moyen orient
