Вперше користувався даним сервісом таксі (вирішив порівняти сервіс та ціни). Був неприємно здивований. Ціна на порядок вище за конкурентів, але за це я нічого кращого не отримав. Залишився незадоволений.

Оплатити замовлення картою не вийшло ні з десктоп версії, ні через застосунок. «Баланс акаунту не має перевищувати 0 гривень.» Якихось інших варіантів немає. Шкода.

зробив замовлення і  менше ніж через хвилину одразу скасував - дали штраф розміром всього замовлення, кажучі, що водій вже виїхав і замовлення почало готувати заклад 

скільки не брав шаурму - за хвилину ніхто не починав робити замовлення і водій теж за хвилину не встигає доїхати. маячня і скам

Нарисовали долги,за то что курьер овощ отдал заказ другому человеку,я написал жалобу начал звонить в поддержку,налепили долг ахаха,если хотите получить негативные эмоции перед едой,обязательно берите в этом блядстве

Ужасное приложение. Может заказать само ещё одну машину по тому же самому адресу,которому ты уже приехал оплатил ,а после через какое то время тебе сообщают что ждёт машина и деньги снимает за поездку. Служба поддержки некомпетентная,слушать аргументы и разбираться в ситуации не желают. Не рекомендую пользоваться данной службой такси. На фоне уровня сервиса,который предоставляют другие известные службы такси,эта выглядит весьма убого.
