So you’re forced to make all your messages half a second bursts if you are going to share with someone who has an Apple Watch because even if they make it longer, you won’t notice on watch. Not a good feature. Wish I knew before spending $55 CAD on lifetime subscription… ### 3/5 — Laggy *2026-04-20, version 7.4.5* Was solid until the most recent update with the upsell on location tracking, now when you type a message it’s so laggy you can pull your fingers back and watch the words type themselves. Other than that it works fine and we like the way it works with the bracelets. And no it’s not my phone, brand new iPhone 17 Pro. Yes the app has been restarted. ### 3/5 — The private chat *2026-04-03, version 7.3.3* Hey so me and my have been using these bracelets for over a year now and the private chat thing isn’t working anymore it won’t let me in I have tried changing the password or the code and every time I try to open it it say something went wrong and I have to go out of the app and go back in but other than that the app works fine ### 2/5 — My review *2026-04-01, version 7.3.3* My boyfriend got us these bracelets to stay more connected while we’re long distance atm, I love the app and all that but. Every time I go to reconnect my bracelet after I charge it I always have a tough time, not sure why. And occasionally I’ll see the notification for taps, but not receive them unless I sit in the app. Which sucks because that’s the whole point of these bracelets to use them when you cannot be on your phone. ### 2/5 — Great product. Connection sucks *2026-03-30, version 7.3.3* I can’t keep this thing connected to my phone for more than a few hours, if it dies or I turn off and on my Bluetooth, I first need to remove it from my Bluetooth devices and re-pair it through the app to get it working again. Likely an iOS issue since my partner hasn’t had any issues with his android phone ### 2/5 — It’s Okay Secret Photos Broken *2026-02-26, version 7.3.2* Generally the app is decent, but in a recent update the secret photos and chat have broken and now stay forever even though they’re supposed to clear every 24 hours. That is really annoying! ### 4/5 — Could do with extra location feature *2025-11-11* I think the location feature is great, but it’s missing a feature that just stores the last known location of the bracelet when it gets disconnected. My girlfriend recently lost hers and we realised there’s no “last left here” feature like Apple products do these days. No matter how hard you try customer service is a run around 2.they do not stay connected no matter how active you are with them. 3.Your touches may or may not go through you have to open the app to confirm most of the time. 4. You will most likely spend more time asking the person if they got it instead of just receiving one back 5.The material last maybe 6 months so buy extra chargers and bands ( You can find knock offs that are way stronger for less) 6. If you so much as step away from your phone the possibility of it reconnecting is like 3% so check constantly Just a few things that should be honestly disclosed with you before buying hope this helps. False advertising a product that doesn’t work half the time them try to scam people in to a paid subscription that’s not even worth the extra cost.
