## What is BondBuddy?

Moving into a rental? The condition report you file in the first week is the only evidence you have when your bond is on the line months later.

BondBuddy walks you through it room by room. Mark each item Good, Fair or Damaged, photograph anything already worn or broken, and add a quick note. When you're done, export a clean PDF condition report and send it straight to your agent.
