This is the only app I’ve found that legitimately had helpful advice, tips and information to really self reflect as a parent with ADHD and having a child with ADHD. It wasn’t the same old, do this, do that.. Blah blah, nonsense that has been annoyingly repeated and unhelpful. The creator(s) truly get it.

Seriously great job guys, please keep up the good work and the honesty. I had an issue with the payment system and Pen personally made it right until it was resolved. 

With all the negativity around neuro-differences these days, as the world tries to make sense of the literal fact we are not wired the same (thankfully); it is relieving to have this wealth of information and tools in this app focusing on the positives and how to get unstuck when feeling weighed down and alone. 

It’s nice to find my people. 

Use this app, it’s super helpful.

I have been looking for a tool that helps me continuously throughout the day, everyday — not just once a week like a typical therapy session. This app is a great way for me to check in with myself while also instilling valuable lessons that have saved my relationships and work productivity. I was struggling addiction to stimulants but this app and the real life lessons from Dr Honos-Webb have become a cost-effective great alternative resource. I can’t recommend this app enough for all those out there struggling with ADHD or just struggling with keeping up with everyday life.

I just used this app with my son and we love the concept. The activities are very fun and easy to perform. We both had a great time and have already won some Bonds ! My son took to the game well to improve his scores. And above all, after our series of exercises, we were both zen and relaxed. Well done Bonding Health! 
I will recommend  you.
