Worked perfectly well before and I can’t even connect to the device with the new app . Please change it back ! Jaycee ### 1/5 — Update is terrible! *2025-11-07, version 5.0.0* How did this update get approved? It’s absolutely terrible. Laggy, doesn’t connect without the need to restart the app every time you close it. Can’t scroll through speeds. Can’t believe how bad it is. ### 3/5 — P400 issue *2025-10-25, version 5.0.0* I have P400 which does not have bluetooth. Thus, new app does not detect that nor i can add it manually. The good thing that H300 can be detected which is much more important. But removing functionality from a new app version is not the greatest move ### 3/5 — Redesign *2025-10-19, version 5.0.0* Why? It was perfectly functional before and looked nice in blue, now we have a huge white bright display hurting the eyes.. I like the timer ‘on’ feature, not sure if that was there before, I’ve always just used the ‘off’ timer personally. But the interface isn’t good. Needs a darker theme or just revert to the previous theme. ### 3/5 — Redesign is nice but some issues *2025-10-17, version 5.0.0* The new design is sleek and minimal for my F235. It’s a shame however that the swipe gestures don’t work as well as before. The hit area is too small and without momentum or the ability to do several quick swipes in succession it is far harder to change the power beyond a few points up or down. ### 1/5 — No way to set the timer each day! *2024-12-01, version 4.60* I use the H400, and the app’s screenshot misleadingly shows the option to set timers for each day, but in reality, you can only set a single timer. I specifically wanted the purifier to run only during the night, but the app’s limitation made that impossible. This was extremely disappointing, as I was planning to purchase more Boneco products. Unfortunately, this flaw forced me to switch to another purifier. It’s such a shame that a great product is ruined by a trash app! ### 1/5 — Time for HomeKit support or open API *2024-11-09, version 4.60* I have an H300 unit, which I can control through the app. Setup is easy enough, but then only one person can control the unit and only from one device. (I have opinions on the device too, but this is not the place.) It would be time for Boneco to add HomeKit support to the device itself, or at least to open up a basic API to allow others to make the device a bit smarter via third-party tools. ### 1/5 — Useless memory consumption. Does NOTHING *2024-05-22, version 4.60* Unless you have ONE and only ONE of their models, the app is useless as it does NOT connect to any other unit. The only thing the app does is remind you to clean the appliance. You can’t even turn off the “clean” symbol on the appliances, just on the app. I can use my calendar to remind me to clean this once a month without wasting phone memory by installing this app ### 1/5 — Not as expected *2024-05-17, version 4.60* The photos show that I should be able to at minimum power on and off my device. It only allows me to set my location and change the name.
