I’ll pay for in game things if it’s reasonable but the auto fishing should just be free. The Lunar event does have some but why is the $100 pack accessible 5 times but all the cheap ones you can only buy once? I wish the in game packs were more based on decorative items rather than progression. When you progress so fast it makes a lot of packs not worth it. On the plus side I love that coins and gems are easy to get. I love the fishing aspect, it taught me about sea angels. I like the all the little attribute bonuses you can get around the game by collecting things. I really want there to be more to having friends. Wether that be by sending things, requesting things, helping speed things or steal. I also wish costumes were easier to get and so were decorative things, but overall I enjoy this game more than I thought I would since the art style isn’t my go to ### 3/5 — Opinion *2024-02-01* Addictive game but currently not loading ### 2/5 — This app is REALLY dysfunctional *2023-11-29* The game is okay for those who like what is basically idle gameplay. But the app is hard to log into and as glitchy as any I’ve seen. You don’t get stuff you pay for without delay, notifications don’t disappear when they should, events crash the game, and you’re constantly bothered by pop-ups for events that have ended. This app is such an amateur job that I’m starting to question whether it should be sold in the US. Hey, I realize this concept is foreign to some developers and customers in China - but the American legal culture usually requires products to actually WORK. It’s no different for products you pay for as you go as opposed to those you pay for up front. I don’t think the devs have bad intentions - but at best this app is beta quality and that should be disclosed. (Yes, I’m an American lawyer.) ### 2/5 — Deleted Account *2023-11-23* I went to log In to my account and saw that my account had been banned. I’ve played the game for over a year and have put money into this game. When I saw that I had 2 unrecognized charges to my account I got In contact with customer service. I sent them receipts of where money had come out of my account after getting a new credit card and contacting Apple support for my refunds. I had to go into my settings and make it to where in app purchases were not allowed on my games just so they would stop taking money. Countless hours I’ve put into that game and my account gets deleted and I have no way to retrieve anything at all. It’s a great game…but this was by far the most horrible customer service I’ve ever dealt with and now I can’t play the game anymore unless I start over…Now I wanna know if there’s a way to recover my account because of how long I’ve spent on it… ### 2/5 — Too much greed *2023-11-17* The games pretty fun, it gives u a dopamine hit like a gambling addict as you desperately search for your next shiny out of a chest. I was enjoying myself, but then a week into the game you get a “cross server pet mission” which is basically “who can spend the most money” it’s not even disguised well…. You literally can’t even compete let alone unlock any prizes unless you dump hundreds if not thousands of dollars into the game….. it has really turned me off the game. ### 2/5 — Dead servers *2023-11-12* The game is great and all but those of us who helped get the game to where it is, are stuck on the old servers with barely any active players to where we can’t even participate in events. This has totally discouraged me from wanting to continue playing at all. I’m not going to start brand new on a new server after all the work and time I’ve put into the character I use just to be able to play the game the way everyone else can. So instead of making it so you have to completely delete the fish can you find a way to have it so if you equip the fish and you find that it makes your character weaker then you can re equip the other fish? **Developer response:** Greetings, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback and support. ### 3/5 — Mindless Fun until Ad Time *2023-09-14* Easy game to uncover equipment and selling old gear for coins and experience. Leveling up the chest to find better loot is pretty grindy but I guess that’s the main way to keep you entertained. The biggest issue I have is, at some point you’ll find a bat hovering around your equipment UI and it doesn’t introduce itself or anything, you click on it out of curiosity and to escape the mundane task of digging. It’s an Ad bat and offers you some rewards to support the game if you watch an ad. It’s the gold standard for all mobile games, the problem is when you click out of it, that annoying flying rat continues to hover around until you watch it. You might be thinking, “I can ignore it” but sometimes you have to check what you have on and what you need or look at the level of gear and you have a stupid bat flying around blocking you until you succumb to watching the ad. **Developer response:** Greetings, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. My only problem is clans/servers. It would be nice if after a while inactive people on the server would get booted. The server I’m on gas active players but nobody talks ever. That is shadowed by the overwhelming amount of inactive players that I even have trouble finding new clan members. Even with no join requirements. What happened? *2023-08-27* I love this game… but after not playing for a while I logged on and BOOM! In my face was SUPER RARE items that I had apparently “equipped”. I lost my mounts, wings, ring and gemstone. I still have the same amount of currency but for some reason I have SUPER RARE items, way more unlocked titles, and my battle stage was reset. I didn’t have automatic digging enabled and have way more “dig buttons” available. I want to delete the game but I’m going to hang on to it just to see if I did get hacked. In your dead server you can expect the following experience: - Developers charging incredibly high prices for in app purchases for a literal pay to win game. - All of the paid items and subscriptions to be removed and “reworked” to “balance” and improve the game. - The same four events on repeat - Event timers ending only favoring people in APAC (Asian countries). Just shake that up a little for everyone to have a bit of fun. - “cross server” play full of bots that randomly have full gear that if they were human players they would have paid close to $7,000-$10,000 USD in the few months the game has been open for Before the update and before people fled, the game was fun. There used to be a variety of events in your own server that were free. Until the devs learned they could milk people of money. I.e. the drop chance for a mount on the event says .01% but the chance is actually .001% and you have to draw all other “premium” items before you can draw the mount in a gatcha game. I spent 2 months grinding F2P, got my gear, abilities, and side missions all to a great spot to have an update erase the last 2 months’ worth of work. Very disappointing. The game was in a great state until the update, I would have rated it 4-5 stars. Everything they’ve removed was enjoyable and everything added is confusing. Would now rate it a zero if I could. I have never played a game that’s changed their core design so much in one update. Because of this, the only clans that are still active are the ones with really high level players. I’m around lvl 70 at this point and can’t find an active clan that in a high enough lvl to join. If the time you have to wait before joining a new clan got decreased or just gotten rid of, it would make finding an active clan a lot easier, or at least show the active players in the clan before you join. The only other solution I can think of is a server merge allowing active players to meet with other active players. I’m not a developer, but I feel as though almost 200 servers are not needed due to the fact that I have found more popular games with way less servers. Not only did the “major revamp” just ignored what I had. I was a top 10 player and then got to be to the bottom. I went from around 450 k to 33 mil when some guy that just had 487k went to about 900 mil. Just a joke. And the fact that the game still pushes that stupid bat to even fish more money is disgusting! ### 1/5 — Decent game but horribly developed *2023-11-25* I downloaded this game because it looked fun and it was, until I reached a point in the game where you physically CANNOT advance even though you should be able to. I’m on this boss and right before the finishing hit to get the victory, a pop up comes up saying fail, even though I was just about to win. Another issue is in game there is a survey that will give you rewards, and it’s asking for your address, email, age, gender, all information that phishing sites, emails etc. try to get. They completely overhauled the game and destroyed it. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. The worst part about the game is that there “Dev Team” within the discord server and in-game are lacklustre when it comes to actually informing people about any changes coming. There are no response to bugs, changes or community assistance. I’ve never seen such a poorly managed game. As mentioned previously they released this “Overhaul” which has upset the balance of so many enjoyable aspects of the game, by making it solely P2W. ### 1/5 — Was good til it lasted - RIP BH *2023-08-25* Developers became driven by greed - making the game fully p2w since the latest update. Actually, it wasn’t even an update, they reworked the entire game making you feel like you are playing a complete different game Game became so unbalanced that a lot of us are deleting the game. Unable to get items, chests, golden feathers. Is not longer the “cosy fun grinding” game anymore. Now everything it’s impossible to get unless you PAY LOTS of money. Example - new pet. Level 78 you require 7.8k food to upgrade ONE level. 8AUD bundle gives you 6k food. Like what? 8AUD doesn’t even give you a level. Explain that? Very simple explanation. Developers became greedy $$$$ Hence why my 1/5 stars. If I could. I would give 0/5. ### 1/5 — New update kinda ruined the game *2023-08-25* Firstly, simply upgrading your chest (one of the main components of the game) can over 29 days, which is ridiculous. The update also caused current players to restart progress in a lot of things, such as quests, bosses, and wings, which is even more time consuming. Many automated systems are locked behind paywalls, resulting in tedious efforts of clicking and waiting 10 seconds for an animation to finish. Even when it is automated, it takes forever to get anywhere, and requires supervision because the automation stops when you get something potentially good. It would be much better if the potentially good were stored to the side and the automation continued, until the player stops it and sifts through the potentionally good. It would also be great if the automation worked while the game was closed. If you want to play for more than 10-20 minutes a day you have to sink 10-20 minutes into advertisements. Essentially, you are progression locked unless you are prepared to spend 40 years trying to finish the content. Modern developers are way too greedy, and that's why they are going to stay small. I don't even know who you are, why do I want to throw money at a game I've been playing for an hour? My only issue I ever had was getting enough chests to keep digging for loot but quickly fixed it by participating in the boss levels which give you ALOT of chests. I would 100% suggest you download and try this game, who knows? Three hours went by and I’m still playing it. What a great game. Cute graphics and lots of loot. I get so excited when bonehead struggles to dig up that treasure because I know it’s going to be good. I squealed like a little girl at Xmas when he dug up my first exotic loot. My only suggestion is come up with a couple more girly avatars for our little profile pic please. Ladies like me love this game too and I’d like to be represented.
