Verschrikkelijk moeilijk om iets te zoeken, laadt super traag, etc. Ik zal geen Bongo bon meer kopen door hoe moeilijk het is om een ervaring te vinden via de app.

L’application est vraiment nul à ch***! Tu met ta localisation, ça te met d’autre lieux. Tu quittes à peine l’application pour aller voir sur internet l’hôtel ou la localisation peu importe, ça te quitte tout, tu dois tout recommencer à zéro! Il serait vraiment temps de remédier à tout ça. Ça donne pas envie de faire des recherches ou de réserver via Bongo.

Beware: Bongo vouchers are not currency; they are restricted "theme boxes." We have €760.72 in vouchers but are unable to book anything we actually want.
The main issues:
• Zero Flexibility: You cannot combine vouchers or pay extra to upgrade to a better hotel.
• False Advertising: The high-end experiences shown on the website are rarely available for the vouchers you actually hold.
• No Residual Value: If you don't use the full amount on their specific "selection," you lose it.
This is a predatory business model designed to limit consumer choice. Save your money and book directly with hotels instead.
