Bonhams Fine Art Auctioneers & Valuers: auctioneers of art, pictures, collectables and motor cars. Bonhams, founded in 1793, is one of the world's largest auctioneers of fine art and antiques. The present company was formed by the merger in November 2001 of Bonhams & Brooks and Phillips Son & Neale. In August 2002, the company acquired Butterfields, the principal firm of auctioneers on the West Coast of America. Today, Bonhams offers more sales than any of its rivals, through two major salerooms in London: New Bond Street and Knightsbridge; and a further three in the UK regions and Scotland. Missed so many lots that I was keen to purchase as the UEX is so poor. ### 1/5 — Really dysfunctional update *2026-06-30, version 3.0.5* Hard to follow items rendering app fairly useless. ### 2/5 — Some improvements but overall the new app is worse *2026-06-18* Team, the new app is worse. What’s going on? Logged out everyday, not showing historical bids, constantly “unable to connect” and unable show the current bidding prices, photos not loading. I’d just revert back, I know it cost a lot of time and money for you to do this upgrade but it’s worse than the old app. ### 1/5 — Can’t use the app *2026-05-10* After the latest update(May 2026), I can’t run the app: it keeps trying. I deleted and downloaded again, the same problem persists. If I go to auctions menu from the website and try to load “24 more auctions”, I get the error “can’t load more auctions”. I used this app for years without a problem. My phone is OK because I can download other apps. It is now literally impossible to follow lots. Every time you log in--and the app constantly logs you out--EVERY LOT YOUVE EVER FOLLOWED IS SHOWN FROM THE BEGINNING OF TIME. Even after "unfollowing " them all. Do better! ### 1/5 — A poor App made worse *2026-04-10* Previous app made you go to another website to view condition report. That’s cumbersome but fine. Now this updated app forces you to have an email account linked to IOS to view it.
