After using this service the first time with no issues, I decided to use it again. This time no one came to pick up my clothes. When I inquired they called me back and said I live too far away now and it wasn’t convenient for them. They asked for more money to come and pick up my clothes. What a scam! Do not use this service.

NO SHOW on the pick up day. No calls no emails... nothing until I complained.... What’s the point of an “pick up” App if I end up walking to the laundry shop myself?

The support email and support WhatsApp do not respond at all. My clothing was delivered days late when I was not home and left on the floor outside my apartment, so everything was terribly wrinkled and needed to be re-pressed. Will never use again and highly recommend to avoid this horrible company.
