A really great app to communicate with our customers in a scalable, but super personal way.  We are finding more and more ways to use it.

Ever since I got the new iPhone 15 the app crashes as soon as you tap record.  I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app.  Double checked that the app has the camera access it needs, but it doesn’t work.  The core feature of the app is broken and I’ve written the company about it.  No response or fix.  Last update to the app was 8 months ago, which doesn’t instill confidence that the company is trying to keep things current.  I love the concept of the service, but can’t believe they charge a monthly fee and don’t keep the basics working.

I have been using Bonjoro for roughly 6 months and it has made a huge difference. I work in the not-for-profit sector and caring for our financial contributors is our top priority. I look to integrate more CRM features with Zapier to my CRM database.
