### 1/5 — One month away and still on last year

*2023-05-15*

What a dud. The festival is one-month away, they’ve rolled out the artists, they’ve released the schedule, but they can’t update the app to 2023. Ridiculous.

### 1/5 — Update this earlier!

*2022-05-26, version 14.0.0*

No thx

### 1/5 — UPDATE THE APP ALREADY!!!

*2022-05-22*

The app is 5 stars when updated to the newest year. I’m giving it a 1 star right now in hopes it actually gets noticed by any of the powers to be who care.
Bonnaroo is in 3 weeks and released the daily schedule but haven’t updated the app. Being able to set your schedule and alerts on the app has made the Roo experience so much better on a time management level. The newest update is normally done months before. You guys are slacking this year and you’ve had 2 years of prep to perfect it.

### 2/5 — No Update

*2022-04-30*

The app hasn’t been updated for the 2022 season. Odd, since the lineup has been available for a time.

### 1/5 — Schedule format is garbage

*2021-08-31*

The only reason I use the app is for the schedule, but it’s completely useless. It’s one giant list, so you are unable to see what is playing at the same time. Please make this format like the 2019 app, otherwise it’s pure garbage.

### 1/5 — 2024 Schedule still up 1 month before 2025 festival

*2025-05-16, version 16.0.0*

UPDATE: 5/16/25: how is this still not updated? Is this app dead and no longer being used for the festival?

5/4/25: How is this not updated for the 2025 festival yet? We are a month out, what is going on? Unacceptable.

### 1/5 — Update…

*2025-05-07*

PLEASE! It’s been too long, we’re a month away and still don’t see the 2025 schedule. Can I expect one or is this app abandoned?

### 1/5 — 2024 Schedule still up 1 month before 2025 festival

How is this not updated for the 2025 festival yet? We are a month out, what is going on? Unacceptable.

### 1/5 — Update this ish

*2025-03-17*

Never had great times with this app. In efforts to prepare for this year, it’s painful to have an app not updated this close to the festival time. Please update the information…

### 1/5 — Crashed already

*2023-06-08*

Yes I think it will be a fun way to do time management while at this music festival however though I haven’t even had this app for full day yet and it has already crashed making it impossible for me to do anything else and I had to uninstall it seriously rethinking whether or not I’m going to even install again

### 1/5 — Eeeks

*2023-06-07, version 15.0.0*

First thing the app does is throw a lot of confusion and demands for permissions that aren’t explained very well. 2Spooky4Me

### 1/5 — Out of date

*2023-06-05*

Roo is just over a week away and the app still has last years lineup in it. It historically lags behind, but this is kind of ridiculous

### 1/5 — Weeks away

*2023-06-02, version 14.1.0*

And this app is still not updated. Losers

### 1/5 — UPDATE THE APP

*2023-05-30, version 14.1.0*

The schedule is out, can we please get an update!

### 1/5 — Waiting on update

*2023-05-28*

I would really like a map and lists of different things to do. Roo is in a month and we still don’t have an update!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Roo’22

*2022-06-20*

The app definitely helped staying on track of shows and traveling a little easier. I thought the feature of a live map would be accessible in which “you are here” would be easier to move around. If I could add anything to the app it would be an option to contact emergency services. Didn’t ever think about it but a situation occurred and it could have been helpful. Awesome app and definitely recommend for any future Roo goers!

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2021-09-01*

At first I didn’t like the 2021 Bonnaroo app. But I was wrong! I proved to be very useful for the the entire festival.

### 5/5 — <3

*2021-08-28, version 12.15.0*

Love u roo

### 5/5 — App not working

*2021-08-26*

Does this app even work yet?

### 5/5 — Best app

*2019-06-13, version 12.8.1*

So great. I love that I can see my location on the map. Lineup is interactive and tells me all the info I need

### 4/5 — WHERE IS THE UPDATE

*2025-05-01*

Can we please get an update soon? The schedule has been out and the app is still referring to 2024s schedule.

### 4/5 — Better

*2024-01-10*

This app has improved from my first and second roo, and I expect this year too— tho it’ll arrive and have some few bugs kicked out up until the festival. At roo I didn’t have any issues but I don’t use it where I don’t have stable connection. If there’s issues try going somewhere less crowded. The app is helpful as it can be, and for a busy schedule you should keep a physical itinerary just in case. Maybe a stop watch if you’re smookin.
I think many users try to use the app where it is too crowded, or at peak times. You should check it at camp in the am, then let it notify you and not need to open the app in centeroo.

### 4/5 — Almost Perfect

*2023-06-20*

Overall, this app enhanced my first Bonnaroo so significantly. It was great having the schedule at my disposal at all times without the hassle of keeping up with papers or anything. I love the schedule building feature. My only two complaints, which honestly aren’t even complaints, I just think the app would be cooler, is if the map was interactive and a little more detailed, and if the timeline feature didn’t crash the app so consistently. I got by with only ever really checking the timeline feature like once without it crashing, and it was really good for visualizing my day at the farm, however the app would be just as good without the feature.

I loved having the app, and I doubt my experience would have been as incredible without it.

### 4/5 — People are to harsh on the app

*2019-06-17, version 12.8.1*

The app works fairly well, there’s a couple of bugs when opening the app back up but it works fine to see where and where someone is.

I wish the maps would load in like the first time I opened it and it had all the parking lots marked, streets named and all the stages and areas colored like the map they gave to you.

Over all the app helped it wasn’t the best app I’ve seen but it did what was needed.

### 4/5 — Bonaroooo!!!!!

*2019-02-05, version 12.0.17*

The app is okay, easily allows you to see the schedule and narrow down your picks for the festival. It would be awesome if it had a countdown somewhere, can we make that happen?
