The sale prices do not always match the website, and the app often lags and doesn’t load when you order. For a company owned by Walmart, you'd think they'd figure out how to make an app that functions or a website that works. Curious how much in revenue they lose, killing their brand experience. They clearly don’t care about the brand and are letting things slide like the app experience. ### 1/5 — Worst Customer Service Ever *2024-11-18, version 2.85.0* You better hope you don’t have any issues because you will never get in touch with a customer service agent. I returned three pairs of pants and never received credit for the return. To make matters worse I have absolutely no avenue of communicating with the company to correct the matter. They don’t answer calls or return emails. Moreover, the live chat feature never works. ### 1/5 — Consistently disappointing app *2024-10-12* Aside from not ever receiving an actual order confirmation for a placed order (and then being told by customer service that they can’t find my order with most my confirmation number) other gripes include the check-out page consistently failing, the ApplePay option refusing to work, and no history of my purchases in my profile. It’s frustrating enough that it doesn’t feel worth shopping this with brand anymore, despite enjoying their products. ### 1/5 — Another update and app is still buggy *2024-10-07* Although I like their clothing, it’s so frustrating that I have not been able to view my past “orders” on their mobile app for 1 full year now! Yes you read that correctly. It’s been 1 YEAR that the “orders” tab will not load so we can see if we already bought something or which color/size we chose. I’ve alerted customer service and the tech team at least 10 times already and the answer is always the same -“we value our customers and will make sure we pass your concerns along, but use our online site for now.” Well that never happened and I believe an iPhone app in 2024 should be functional, and we’re now entering YEAR #2 without a simple fix. This is Embarrassing for their company and they need to overhaul their mobile tech team ASAP. ### 1/5 — What happened to this company? *2024-09-08, version 2.82.0* This app is completely useless. I cannot order anything with it. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app and then it’ll work. It’ll eventually happen again though. Love the app and how I have my closet but it’s very frustrating. Loading time is awful, terrible refresh rate. Difficult to see product options. Etc. should be a case study in how NOT to develop an e-commerce app. Please fix. This application continues to be horrible, my fit profile is no longer there neither is the wardrobe. ### 1/5 — Wanted to give them another shot, and I regret it *2025-07-23* After dealing with duplicated orders, overcharged cards, and incorrect sizes before, I wanted to give this app another shot. $130 later and another wrong sized item, and I regret even considering it. This app has never once properly placed an order of mine - and if it has, the customer service side has never fulfilled it properly.
