## What is Bonsai?

Species-specific bonsai care, privately tracked on your iPhone.

Bonsai is a care journal for bonsai collections, not generic houseplants. Track every tree with species, style, age, location, notes, care tasks, training history, and growth photos.

What Bonsai helps you do:
- Add junipers, maples, pines, ficus, elms, olives, and other common bonsai species.
- See seasonal watering, repotting, pruning, fertilizing, misting, pest-check, and wire-removal tasks.
- Mark care complete and keep a training log for pruning, wiring, repotting, and styling work.
- Build a seasonal photo timeline so you can see trunk, canopy, and ramification changes over time.
- Search the collection and review upcoming work on the Calendar tab.
- Export CSV or text backups when Pro is active.

Privacy:
No accounts, no ads, no tracking, and no analytics SDK. Your trees, notes, photos, and care history stay on your device.
