Only one of the games on the app works even when subscribed. My toddler is trying to play it and getting frustrated that it doesn’t work properly.

Оплатила подписку на год за 1500 рублей. В итоге только первое блюдо с макаронами открыто, остальные даже в бок не листаются. Не возможно использовать подписку. Пытаюсь два же связаться с разработчиком и тишина. Даже по древние переустанавливала. Либо верните деньги либо откройте блюда

Оплатила игру ! И все равно выскакивает реклама и не открываются другие блюда ( только спагетти )

I paid for the full version to unlock all levels and it doesn’t let my son choose any other cooking level/scene but the first one. I’ve canceled the monthly membership already and removed the game from our device. They won’t refund the 7.99 for the download for the month when it can’t even be used as described. Terrible app, terrible service.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
1) Make sure that date and time are set correctly on your device. Make sure the Automatic Time option is checked.
2) Check if everything is OK with the Internet connection on your device, whether it is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile network.
3) Go to the application and in the Settings menu, click the Restore Purchases button.
4) Delete the application, reboot the device, and download the application again from App Store, repeat step # 3.
