I ordered an engine cover for my Volkswagen Vento over a month ago, and it still hasn’t been delivered. The seller kept pushing the delivery date again and again, while Boodmo did absolutely nothing to help.

After waiting for more than a month, I finally cancelled the order. Now it looks like I’ll only get the item price back, while Boodmo gets to keep the delivery charges. That’s completely unfair.

I have no idea when I’ll even receive my refund. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Never buying from Boodmo again. I’d rather pay a little extra and buy from a local shop than deal with this kind of service.

Best place to view and order part . My car is 2006 model . After searching offline or in online other platform looks like no chance to get part . But boodmo helped every time I have been ordered more than 5 times all are successful and genuine product . Even there is return policy and money refund policy is great , even if spare part is out of stock . You need to wait very soon chances of availability. You can trust boodmo as per my purchase experience

Positives

1, you can find many rare OEM parts at Boodmo

2, It provides the car OEM parts manual, so you can verify that the parts is suitable, still slight error is there.

3, BOODMO says they’ll refund within 7 days but that’s true,

Negatives,

1, Order only through BOODMO FULFILLED suppliers, others are not interested and they won’t send you the parts and finally you’ll be forced to cancel the order.
I ordered parts through many suppliers but PUNE/ SWA, BENGALURU, DELHI/TKL, JAIPUR/SPF are the suppliers sent me the parts OTHER SUPPLIERS don’t even respond. Finally we will have to cancel the order and wait for the refund

2, Boodmo doesn’t have a CUSTOMER CARE, you can only send messages through BOODMO App, I haven’t get any reply yet. They offer WhatsApp chat facility but it will only help you find parts, not for returns refunds or any other query. It’s like you are trying tell a complaint to a RADIO.

4, BOODMO APP offer RETURN Option but they won’t take, don’t expect anyone come and pick the damaged item which they send you

5, One of the part I ordered was not suitable for my car but boodmo was showing it is an OEM part of my car, it was a pair of headlight dust cover.

Still I’m using it because they do refund on time and you can find many rare parts

I was never contacted when I ordered it was showing tomorrow delivery next it was updated to 28 th and now it shows unable to contact no one called me for delivery looks like people are scamming in this app please be aware and don’t make any purchases please scam app.   Don’t trust this website this is a scam for most of the time I have paid the money and the delivery was showing 1day later changed to 3 days I taught okay I will get it how ever but the thing is I never got it from weeks together tracking info noting says out for delivery and by evening the page doesn’t work. Same story every day

Launched many support requests all of them are assigned to Anuj Kumar I never got any replay till date. I don’t even know will I get a delivery or not. No communication from the team no support I am not expecting 1 mins or 1 hrs reply but not able to replay for days what’s happening? What is this ?

The worst service they are providing in terms of product delivery in the name of OEM products. They keep on shifting delivery dates multiple times and when approached to their customers support you will hear only one answer that their sellers are procuring material or parts which usually takes time because it an online plate form and they have to deal with multiple automobile parts. As if they are only the online plate form dealing with multiple products with multiple parts. Even they will suggest you to cancel the order if you can’t wait instead of improving their service quality. If product is not available why do they give tentative delivery timelines and if once ordered why it takes them more than 1 to 2 or sometime more months to procure the said item. Worst service.

The concept is great, a marketplace only for automobile spare part. My car was 2014 model, so it was very difficult to find spares. But when i looked it up everything from Bolts and screws to Bumpers and Dashboard was available for my car. I was skeptical about ordering at first because of all the negative reviews about products not delivering, refund issues, 3rd quality product etc. But i didn’t have any option so i proceeded to buy. I ordered 1 Front bumper, 1 Rear Bumper, 1 Fog lamp, 1 Tail lamp and rear reflector all together for ₹10k. The delivery and handling charge was ₹10k. This massive handling charge is only the issue. Anyway i didn’t have much expectations about the spare parts i ordered because of all the negative reviews. But surprisingly all the spare parts came eventhough they took 5-10 days more for delivery than what they showed me initially. 
And i was shocked at the quality of the product. It was same as the original part. They have the picture for all the sparepart given. All you need to do is order the proper product and choose origin as OEM.

They will show you a delivery date at the time of purchase. Later they will keep on postponing the delivery date until 2-3 months. And suddenly one day after waiting so long they will themselves cancel the product.. 😂 without even informing. You will keep waiting & waiting. You will have to pay them in advance and after few months they will refund. They will use your money for these months and gather interest for them. 😂this is their actual policy. In the name of platform charge & delivery they will  keep looting you. No call centre, no customer support. It’s pathetic. I have not seen such a worst customer service app in India. Out of 100 products shown on app there are hardly 10 products available with them. Think & order. I would not recommend buying from them.

Suppliers are not bothered to update the stock details after ordering the delivery dates keep on changing for no reason. If they don't have stocks they should not list the product in the app..
The only way to reach support is through feedback section and most of the time they will be in hurry to close the tickets without resolving the reported issue.
For the order which I have placed waited for several days but they used to keep on changing the delivery dates until last minute before I cancel my order there are no updates on shipping, so finally decided to cancel the order after which to my surprise they have updated the shipping details and also stated that I have returned the product which is junk update... I haven't got my refund yet...
Not sure this is a genuine platform to buy accessories.. do they think that we are ordering toys to play not right we are ordering for our immediate necessities, not sure why such apps are not validated by Apple after so many worst reviews.

Terrible experience, yet again! This is not the first time I’ve faced issues with this platform. I ordered a product on January 4 with an estimated delivery date of January 29, only for it to be delayed to February 12 without any explanation. Another product I ordered earlier was canceled by the seller without my consent. This has happened to me multiple times, showing a clear pattern of unreliable service, poor communication, and lack of accountability. I’ve waited over a month with zero resolution. This platform is a waste of time and money—avoid at all costs!

I have been purchasing parts on boodmo from its starting days. Service was really good, spares arrived on time, quality was good, return process has been taken care until about a year and half ago. Now orders are revised without concrete timeframe, stock numbers are inflated to make you order, return process goof ups, higher delivery fees and on top of it a ridiculous platform fee, wrong aftermarket parts being sent even if we select no for part replacements, all the nonsense is happening. All this started because once they have acquired enough users, they wanted to mint money and increase their app valuation after the last funding round. So they try to convert us as business consumers and make us buy more but the algo is so wrong that even a single car owner is contacted for conversion. Ok fine that gone bad with algo, then they increased delivery charges, still fine with customer. And they started charging for part number viewing etc. still fine to some extent. Now the ridiculous platform fee, no good explanation on why they charge it every transaction, some times parts cost is trumped by delivery and platform fee. Now whoever is planning the application feature monetisation from their team is seriously doing wrong. It has been close to six months since I made my last order, may be I won’t make it again. Long live Boodmo!!!
