### 3/5 — App will not work on iPad. Classes best I’ve seen for exercise at home!

*2026-06-08, version 2.6.6*

Unfortunately the app will not work on iPad. You can open it,but it’s completely blank so cannot see any classes. If you then go to YouTube you don’t get the free trial when starting up. You can use app on a phone with the free trial, but the screen is then small and hard to see what’s going on whilst trying to use the rebounder. (I hope they can sort the app so iPad users can access classes).

The classes are very varied with different options to choose from which is perfect. I’ve been Watching the videos without being on the rebounder to get an idea of the classes & they are the best fitness videos I’ve seen from a company in terms of what’s offered and how it’s explained, but some of it at times it’s quite advanced. If you are new to rebounding/boogie bouncing you be a bit overwhelmed and get a little lost so the classes need to feature a bit more progression for different users. There is a basic bounce section, but I would like to see a section of classes containing only the lower option moves in it, by both coaches on screen. In the main classes when they mention lower option they show it once with one person, but immediately return to both coaches doing the advanced option. Having two people on screen it would make more sense to have one constantly doing a lower option and one doing the advanced throughout (I start with the lower option but because they swap I cannot follow it so kind of get forced to do the higher option badly before I’m ready resulting in missing a lot of the exercise). I understand other users comments about the are you smiling, are you breathing ( you hope your breathing and smiling can be a little hard when exercising 🥵). It’s not needed and is a little annoying after a while on the app as it’s mentioned a lot not a little, it’s better when they just instruct and give a bit of encouragement instead and just showing having a good time. Music is good and does help you keep in track with the moves and most importantly control in the moves. Again I understand others comments, it would be nice to have some known tunes but you’d have to obtain a license, so it’s not a negative for me.

I’d really recommend Boogie Bounce. Just need to make a few improvements to make things easier for the newer people. - a lower option section. Showing more lower option in rest of classes and perhaps showing the moves a little longer on their own before creating a sequence with them that goes for lower option and harder options. The equipment is solid. App easy to use when working just need to fix iPad version.

### 3/5 — Good app

*2024-07-04, version 2.6.3*

I’m enjoying trying the workout videos on this app. However would love it if there was an option to change the height and especially the weight measurements to cm & kg for your Aussie subscribers. Thankyou

### 2/5 — Save yourself the app fee

*2021-09-29, version 2.4*

Don’t waste your money on the app if you want to cast to your tv. Just use YouTube (for free) and have a reliable way of being able to stream to your tv.

### 5/5 — Just Love it

*2021-08-01, version 2.4*

I bought my boogie bounce in May 2020 as I was missing attending classes due to lockdown. I feel you get a brilliant workout with the routines and its great that there are new routines each month, it definitely makes you sweat!

### 5/5 — Boogie bounce app

*2021-07-31, version 2.4*

The boogie bounce app is truly amazing it gives you all round work outs from cardio to fat burning to toning there’s high or low options in each section and the price is spot on. All routines change once a month so you don’t get bored. Boogie bounce makes me feel alive. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

### 5/5 — Great Exercise!

*2021-07-31, version 2.4*

This is a great app to use with your Boogie Bounce trampoline. There are lots of routines and all are fun and a great workout. There is a good variety, and I’ve enjoyed every single one I’ve done. The classic Boogie Bounce routines are fun yet challenging and it’s great that there are strength and tone as well as HIIT classes too. It really is like having a full gym and in your house. This is the first ‘at home’ exercise app that I have stuck with and really enjoy. It’s easy to get started and easy to stream the app on a TV. Highly recommended and great value for money!

### 5/5 — 3 stone down!

*2021-07-30, version 2.4*

I am not a dancer and not good at following routines but I have fallen in love with boogie bounce and boogie bands.

I credit it and calorie counting to the 3 stone loss and 3 dress sizes that I’ve dropped.

It is incredibly affordable. I highly recommend it.

*2021-07-30, version 2.4*

Been using my boogie bounce trampoline since April. Fabulous results already and so easy to assemble and store. Along with the app it is an easily affordable home workout which I absolutely love 😊

### 5/5 — Amazing 🐸🐸🐸🐸

*2021-07-30, version 2.4*

I regularly attend Boogie Bounce classes.
As I loved bouncing so much I brought the home bounce kit and app.
It’s amazing, loads of different routines and toning.
It’s an amazing full body workout, go high or go low, there’s an option for everyone.
I love it 🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2021-07-30, version 2.4*

I have had the Boogie Bounce at home kit for a couple of years now and love it! The workouts are such fun and just the right amount of time to fit in in the morning. Used to have a few technical issues with the app but all seems to be sorted now. Also love the range of exercise plans on the app now.

### 5/5 — Fantastic app

*2021-07-30, version 2.4*

I would highly recommend the boogie bounce app. I downloaded this at the start of lockdown as I was missing the classes and it’s kept me going throughout.

New routines are added every month to maintain variety. I love the conditioning section too which I add onto the end of my workout.

### 5/5 — Absolutely fabulous!

*2021-07-28, version 2.4*

I have been a fitness enthusiast and amongst other things have been using a rebounder for many years and used YouTube for different workouts! Then I saw an advert for boogie bounce on social media and thought I need to get this.
I ordered it during the first lock down with the app and haven’t looked back since.
The workouts are fabulous, the are fun, fast paced and the instructors are so encouraging and enthusiastic, I feel as though I know them it always makes me happy I look forward to the new workouts every month and there is always something new, the music is great also. I love using the t-bar and didn’t realise how high I could jump, at the age of 61, I hope I can carry on for many more years . Keep up the good work, can’t wait to see what you come up with next ♥️.

### 5/5 — Great form of exercise

*2021-07-28, version 2.4*

I bought the boogie bounce in January 2020 and I think it helped to keep me sane during the lockdowns. I started attending classes in March 2018 and fell in love with it from the start. As well as attending a class each week I get up at 5.45am four times a week to use the app before getting ready for work.
I love the classes and I am pleased I can carry on with them whilst my brilliant instructor takes time off to have a baby.
I had my 70th birthday a week ago and I aim to continue as long as I possibly can.

### 4/5 — Fun exercise

*2021-07-28, version 2.4*

I’ve been doing Boogie Bounce now for about 4 years, I always have so much fun doing the workouts and are much easier on your knees! Do the routines most days, and enjoy every minute, so much that I often do more than one! The girls do a great job keeping you motivated throughout the 30 minutes

### 5/5 — Fab routines

*2021-07-28, version 2.4*

I’ve been doing boogie bounce since January I love the routines they are great fun and easy to follow the ladies are great would highly recommend.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — You don't get to boogie if you're blind

*2023-04-30, version 2.6.1*

I'm currently on the list for my sixth Guide Dog and one of the stipulations is that we have to keep ourselves fit so that when our furry friend comes along, we are at optimum fitness to go through the training. Having no guide dog means that the amount of walking I do has decreased significantly, as going out walking for pleasure is nowhere near as easy if you are travelling by Cain. Not to mention, I don't walk quick enough to burn as many calories as I would like. As a result, I thought I will try something different so was thinking about buying the boogie bounce trampoline and signing up to its program, but, as usual, with such things, they are not accessible if you can't see what the instructor is doing on the screen. I was hoping that there may be some audio descriptions of even just the instructor shouting out the moves, but having looked at the health and safety stuff before you even start a routine, these are just videos with music which is neither use nor ornament. This makes me sad. Blind people have so much trouble accessing fitness classes of any type, either because it's impossible for them to follow the instructor, they can't get there, or numerous other reasons, but it seems we can't even do things in our home if we can't get out. the developers and people behind this app and this program are really missing a trick. as for the app itself, the developer states that it's easy to use, that may be so, but the buttons are so poorly labelled just giving diagrams of hearts and squares and arrows that for someone using VoiceOver on their iPhone, you would have no clue what anything is. Such a shame.

### 1/5 — App reset deleting my review

*2022-08-24, version 2.6.0*

I downloaded this app around a week ago and had 86 days left on a free trial when it completely stopped working. I tried for a couple of days to get it back with no success when I finally was able to re-register. Instead of the 90 day trial, it’s now reset to 1 month. Then, when I wrote a review, the developers reset the app summary, deleting my review. I have no issue paying for something that is quality and that I like and use regularly, but this has all been super shady on your end. Do better!

### 1/5 — Videos don’t load or drop out

*2022-01-08, version 2.5.1*

The videos keep buffering, sometimes indefinitely and sometimes when they do load after about 15 mins (no exaggeration) they play for 5 seconds and buffer again so you have to hit pause and play constantly to move them on. I have not even been able to get through the safety videos that are less than 5 mins long and I’ve been trying for hours. The work out ones don’t load successfully at all. Very disappointing.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2021-05-01, version 2.3*

App is actually terrible. Won’t link to tv,
Keeps singing me out and every time I click a video it tells me I need to subscribe, I click restore purchases and it signs me out and we start again. They have now charged me 4 times in 2 days for the app and won’t let me claim my 3 months free. Really disappointed. Avoid

### 1/5 — The app doesn’t work even though I paid

*2021-05-01, version 2.3*

Downloaded and subscribed for all access. Every time I open the app it says my free month trial has expired. I didn’t get a free month trial! When I press restore existing subscription it will take me into the app but I can’t play any of the classes. Each time it sees I have to subscribe and pay again. I tried downloading the class and it shows I have done that but the download is nowhere to be found. I have now cancelled my subscription. So disappointing

### 1/5 — Throws me out

*2020-08-13, version 1.0.10*

I have a free trial with the purchase of the trampoline, I’ve subscribed and since the app just keeps throwing me out, contacted boogie bounce and was never fix 6 months trial over.

### 1/5 — Subscription issues

*2020-08-04, version 1.0.10*

Having a nightmare trying to use the app. I have an active subscription but it keeps kicking me out and telling my there is a subscription failure. The money has left my account, so it’s not a monetary issue. Have tried contacting BB but to no avail.

### 1/5 — Poor App Dont Use

*2020-08-02, version 1.0.10*

This app is a nightmare. Don’t waste your money in subscribing. It’s forever telling me that my log in failed and there’s something wrong with my subscription. I’ve never missed a payment but I’m paying for something I can’t use! I’m forever having to chase them up to ‘fix it’. Absolute joke of a company!

### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible app

*2020-07-26, version 1.0.10*

I’ve been paying for the app now for at least 6 months and have manage to complete about 4 sessions. Everytime I go onto the app, it’s signed me out. So I type in my details, which it then says is incorrect. So I re-set my password, which will then log me in but says I don’t have a subscription!! I pay every month for this and can’t even get into the app! By the time I manage to sort it out (or give up) I’ve lost my 30 minutes child free time and so game over for my bouncing session! Waste of money

### 1/5 — Won’t let me login using my correct password

*2020-07-05, version 1.0.10*

Nightmare trying to login in. Each time you have to login but it won’t let me even when I’m using correct login. Just takes me to subscribe page when I am already paying!
Very frustrating

### 5/5 — Kid Friendly

*2025-04-01, version 2.6.6*

I was so pleased that this app has a section for kids, our OT recommended bouncing and I was excited to find this app. Our 9 year old did his first session tonight and was already asking to have a session ready to go tomorrow after school. I highly recommend checking this app! I’m excited to try the adult workout content too.

### 5/5 — Fun and easy

*2024-11-02, version 2.6.4*

This app is amazing if you love to bounce I have only been doing this for 2 months now and I love it.

### 5/5 — Great purchase

*2021-08-23, version 2.4*

Bought just before COVID best thing I ever bought lost a ton of weight and feel great 10/10

### 5/5 — Great exercise!

*2021-08-21, version 2.4*

I’ve been bouncing for few years in my local gym but during lockdown I’ve purchased my own trampoline. Best buy ever! I really like this form of exercising. Fun workouts with great music, new routines every month, great price for membership. You can adjust intensity to your fitness level too which is great. I have lost and maintain weight by bouncing few times a week. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Best way to exercise

*2021-08-19, version 2.4*

I had been doing boogie bounce for about 6 years and going to classes. Last year I bought my home trampoline and downloaded the app and it’s the best thing I could have done. Enjoy my classes now in the comfort of my own home and get a great workout! It’s the best and most fun exercise you can do!

### 5/5 — Worth every Penny

*2021-08-19, version 2.4*

We bought this at the beginning of lockdown No1 and both of us have used it. We are both 60+ and it is an easy way to get the heart working, whilst not putting too much strain on your legs and ankles. You can put as much or little effort as you feel comfortable with, but still feel the benefit.

### 5/5 — Love it!!!

*2021-08-18, version 2.4*

I started boogie bounce in lockdown one and it has been amazing! So far I have lost 2 and a half stone by bouncing 3 times a week. The routines are so varied and high and low options for all moves. Great fun that you can do at home! Can’t recommend enough!!

### 5/5 — Fab workout!!

*2021-08-18, version 2.4*

I have loved doing the boogie bounce workouts!! I have found it hard with lockdown and the kids and that gives me 30 minute of fun and peace!!

### 5/5 — All round workouts

*2021-08-09, version 2.4*

I bought my own trampoline in April 2020 when classes stopped.
Never looked back, can work out when I want and have added wrist weights to cardio, HIT and strength and tone workouts!
Never been fitter!!

### 5/5 — Best purchase I’ve ever made!

*2021-08-01, version 2.4*

I had just started going to classes again when the first lockdown started so in March 2020 I bought my own bouncer. Since then I’ve been using it 3/4 times a week- sometimes more. Not only has it helped me to maintain a 2 stone weight loss I’ve also seen a huge difference in my mental health. Buying the bouncer is the best thing I have done for myself as it means I get to do an exercise I love on my own watch! The app is easy to mirror to TVs and the workouts are under 30 minutes meaning there really isn’t an excuse not to fit it in your day. Thank you Boogie Bounce for all you’ve done for my mental and physical health over the last 18 months, I’m forever grateful!
