The service and product quality are going downhill, you with eat the cost of tariffs, shipping, shipping insurance, lost packages and still get garbage cloth that are both the wrong size and bad quality. Buy at your own risk atp.

Thay delivered 2 out of 11 items 5 days late.. maked everything as delivered even though it wasn’t even half the order.. I’ve tried speaking to ai speaking to there agents too and it just keep putting me in this feedback loop where I’m asked what went missing then name of all items and then I get transferred to somone who doesn’t know what happened so I have to repeat all again and then thay do the same so on… I bought next day delivery too and it’s now atleast 7 days late .. I’ve gotten nowhere!!!
