I am incredibly disappointed in the app as i never would’ve thought that if i don’t want salsa, and there is a ‘no salsa’ option that i would have to untick the salsa, this is so ridiculous and i’ve never had this problem ordering from other delivery websites and in person,. it’s a shame because i truly loved eating here but ill have to turn to tortilla in the future as this is ridiculous

INTEGRATE WITH PASSWORD MANAGERS!!

You keep logging out the sessions and all you need to do is to integrate with the built-in password managers to make sign in easy. But no. It’s play guess the password time. 

Not good when standing in a queue waiting to pay!!

The worst app I have installed on my phone.
1. Keeps logging out
2. No Face ID login
3. Login form not compatible with auto fill password managers
3. No Apple Pay

Hands down one of the worst apps I have used. No pre-population options, no automatic loyalty stamps, glitches, crashes. Just very very poor.

Signed up told me my email address is already registered. Reset my password and use the new password tells me my details are invalid. Cant even log in to use it. Completely unusable needs redeveloped.

I use Boojum in Northern Ireland and republic, when I change location it logs me out. The Lidl plus app changes country without being logged out and having to reset password. It hard to navigate the screen, very messy

I got this app when lockdown happened so it was a must. Has great potential but needs to iron out a few things before it becomes my chosen method

Payment is the biggest issue it faces. When you go to pay you’re redirected to a glitchy page where it is difficult to input your card details and these are never remembered. 

Thing is it takes longer to order online than it does to queue, introduce Apple Pay and I’d use it in a heartbeat 

The major plus no more lost loyalty cards half filled

You can definitely use this to place an order but god help you if you’d like the convenience of having it save your card details or use Apple Pay. Also it stops playing music if you are listening when you open the app.
