## What is Book Burrow?

Book Burrow is a private space for readers to discover, recommend, and enjoy books together.

Book Burrow’s functions include:

CREATE YOUR OWN BOOK CLUB

Create private reading groups for friends, classmates, family, or anyone you enjoy reading with. Groups are invitation-only, using one-time invitation codes.

DISCOVER AND RECOMMEND BOOKS

Search for books and share recommendations with your group. The same book can be recommended by different members, so everyone can share their own choices.

SEE WHAT YOUR GROUP THINKS

Like or dislike book recommendations and see which members reacted, making it easy to discover what your group is interested in reading.

SIMPLE GROUP MANAGEMENT

Create or join multiple groups. Group hosts can invite and manage members, while members can leave groups whenever they choose.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Book Burrow focuses on small, invitation-only reading groups rather than public profiles, public posts, or social feeds.

Key Features

• Private, invitation-only book clubs
• One-time 6-digit invitation codes
• Book search and discovery
• Book recommendations
• Likes and dislikes
• See members’ reactions
• Multiple reading groups
• Host member management
• Simple username-based accounts

Book Burrow was independently created and developed by Emma, a young developer, turning her own idea for sharing books and recommendations with others into a real app.
