If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I usually only leave a review if it’s going to be a good one but there is no one that you can talk to about your booking. I paid the dj through cue up and I’m trying to get a refund for said dj. It’s been over a month and no one has responded from support. All of this is very frustrating.

**Developer response:** Hi MamaStar803, sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience. It is rare that emails do not reach our team but it can happen, I recommend using the support form in the app. Booking fees are always refunded as per our Cueup Protect policy. 

Our support team responds to all support requests within 24 hours - usually faster - and no requests are ever neglected. Please also check if you've somehow missed our emails in your inbox.

The best app so far for Djs , easily you can request a dj or you become a dj and find parties or places nearby to get gigs .. 

Really recommend it if you have a celebration or you want a place to dj and make the food people feel the music 👍🔥❤️
