And the support team insted of resolving the bug they are always trying to make me upload the company file to drop box.. And in my case this isn't convinient for me to upload the file to drop box but they aren't fixing the issue... I have contacted them via whatassp and all they say is it will take time. And it's been over a month that I have informed them about this but there is no one who is concern in bookkeeper team to solve the actual problem of there customer.. How many days can anyone manage a bug like this in their accounting software.. Please fix this bug asap so that I can continue my work peacefully... Hope it will get done asap 🙏.. Other than this.. I was using the Diamond Plan for 3 years in both Oman and India without any issues. Suddenly, my access stopped working, and support asked me to upgrade the plan saying Oman is not supported. After upgrading and paying more money, now they are saying my account is under the Silver Plan. Poor customer support, no clear solution, and too much inconvenience for business users. If you are planning to buy this software for international business use, please think twice before purchasing. I trusted this software for my business operations, but the experience has been very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2026-01-05, version 7.4.9* I never seen paid software having server problem. They have some good and useful option but always hang and server problem. Even you cant make invoice when you needed. So don’t west your money. ### 1/5 — One of the Worst Experiences with Accounting Software! Avoid at All Costs! *2025-05-20* If I could give zero stars, I would. This software is a complete disaster from start to finish. The user interface looks like it’s stuck in the early 2000s clunky, outdated, and utterly unintuitive. Basic tasks take way too long, and the system constantly freezes or crashes, especially during peak hours. The so called “automation” features barely work, and I found myself manually correcting more errors than I ever did without software. It’s supposed to save time instead, it wastes it. Customer support? A joke. Slow responses, zero accountability, and generic copy-paste answers that don’t solve anything. It feels like they haven’t even used their own software. To top it off, they keep pushing expensive updates that break more than they fix. I’ve lost data, wasted money, and damaged client trust because of this product. Save yourself the frustration. There are far better options out there.
