Tried to explain to the parking intercom/ information person that I had paid on the internet but they could not understand basic English and, helped by Spanish pedestrian, the only way to exit the parking was to buy a day ticket AGAIN at the ticket booth. Parkia must give clear instructions how to exit having paid on line. Best regards, ### 3/5 — Ahorro con limitaciones *2026-01-10, version 7.0.1* Las veces que lo he utilizado para reservar parking, he ahorrado alrededor de un 10%, pero no funciona el sistema de salida, por lo que hay que ir a la caja personalmente para que validen el ticket. Parking EMT plaza de España, no sé si falla la aplicación o las máquinas del parking ### 2/5 — Delirant i mandrosa. *2025-10-24, version 6.7.10* Vas a treballar a Barcelona. Trobes un pk a través de l’app que et va bé per un preu molt raonable (9,99€ per 7 hores, amb una entrada i una sortida). Marques l’hora d’entrada i l’hora de sortida. L’app t’ofereix (de fet, t’obliga) a acceptar que, per aquell preu, t’ofereixen no 7 hores, sinó 24. Què bé, no? Doncs no. Al dia següent vols tornar al mateix pk a la mateixa hora. Doncs no et deixa, perquè encara tens activa la reserva del dia anterior per 24h, tot i que ja has sortit i que no pots tornar a entrar. Exactament, què hi guanyen, no activant la teva sortida a l’app i no permetre que tornis a reservar? No hi tornes, perquè el mateix pk cobra 6€/hora. L’equip d’ajuda, actiu des de les 9 fins a les 17 (ideal per a la gent que treballa) només et sap respondre que ‘efectivament: no pot tornar a entrar fins que passin les 24h i llavors haurà de fer una nova reserva per a, com a mínim, 15 minuts més endavant que l’anterior.’ Ah, molt ben pensat: entrar a la feina cada dia 15 minuts més tard que el dia anterior. De veritat, com pot ser. Amb l’Splau, surts dels pk i immediatament queda registrat arreu. No és tan difícil ni de fer ni d’entendre. El que dic: un criteri delirant i una atenció mandrosa. Llàstima: aquests serveis haurien de facilitar la vida a la gent, no fer-li perdre el temps i els nervis. ### 4/5 — Fast sehr gut. *2025-10-22* In der App müsste es ein Menu geben wo man das Land der Zulassung des Autos angibt um danach das Kennzeichen einzugeben. Denn das Parkhaus in dem ich gebucht hatte konnte mein ausländisches Kennzeichen nicht lesen. Dadurch musste ich gegen die ausdrücklichen Handlungsanweisungen der Bestätigungmail verstoßen und ein Papierticket bei der ersten Einfahrt ziehen. The App itself is good to use though. ### 3/5 — Mehr als 1 Stunde vergeblich *2025-07-23* Versucht ein Parkplatz zu bezahlen. Alle (!!!) erdenklich mögliche Zahlungsmethoden eingesetzt - sogar die Brieftasche mit 30€ aufgeladen. Und jedes Mal kommt die Fehlermeldung „Hoppla! Während des Buchungsvorgangs ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt noch einmal ;)“ Wie oft und zu welchen späteren Zeitpunkten soll man es probieren? Auf der Website keine Möglichkeit mit AppleId reinzugehen (mega) Update: Von 1 Stern auf 3 verändert, da nach 1 Woche es doch mal ohne Probleme geklappt hat. Lo tienen bien escondido y lleva a engaño, sea deliberado o no. Parece que se puede cancelar o modificar gratis (que es lo que ponen bien grande) pero leeros las condiciones antes de reservar porque no es así siempre y no tienes derecho a nada aunque ellos tengan el deber de informar claramente y sin ambiguedades, se lo pasan por el forro. Cambié la matrícula de la reserva con días de antelación y al llegar la barrera no se abría, cogí un ticket esperando poder solucionar el problema con el personal del parking. NO HABÍA PERSONAL DE NINGÚN TIPO, traté de llamar y nadie cogía el teléfono. Tuve que volver hasta en dos ocasiones para conseguir que me atendieran. DIRECTAMENTE SE NEGARON A SOLUCIONAR EL PROBLEMA HACIÉNDOME PAGAR MÁS DE 3 VECES EL COSTE DE LA RESERVA QUE YA HABIA. Upon arrival discovered that the area is restricted for non resident vehicles. Asked support about this situation, got some random unrelated answer generated in ChatGPT. Das Parkhaus in Porto war weder mit Apple Karten noch Google Maps wegen Einbahnstraßen und Baustelle erreichbar. Stornierten ging nicht mehr. Wir mussten in einer Parkzone parken und nach zwei Stunden umparken. 18 EUR vergeudet und viel Stress gehabt. ### 1/5 — Didn't create the parking reservation even though I payed *2025-07-31* I tried Parclick once through a browser, and I made a reservation that was cheaper than it would have been by going in to the place in person. The second time, I figured using the app would be quicker and easier, but I was wrong. Making a reservation was difficult: the UI was unfinished and badly made. It ended up that I had actually payed for the reservation, and Parclick took my money but never sent me an email confirmation that it was made or showed in the app that the reservation was made. So I had no reservation when I got there and had to pay the normal way at the parking establishment.
