These points were a combination of what I PAID MONEY FOR as well as those earned from logging in daily and watching a few ads. The average chapter costs 200+ points to release and the only expiration notice I received from them totaled 40 points -2 separate notices indicating I had 20 points due to expire, yet for my inconvenience they restored 50 points to me. This has been reported by various methods and given time to correct however when I look I still see those stories and have gotten no response just silence!
