I was also pleasantly surprised to find sleep stories which have become my bedtime routine. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 2/5 — AI summaries trained on Jr. High homework assignments? *2026-01-20* This could be useful as a tool to find book recommendations, but the summaries are astoundingly bad. They include tons of irrelevant information to the core insight and do not elaborate enough to be useful. It ends up just sounding like a bunch of platitudes. The ‘visuals’ make no sense whatsoever. ### 3/5 — Great app but poor customer service *2026-03-20* I am loving this app and I could give it 6 stars but I give 3 to gain some attention! I paid annual subscription but when I had to use a new phone and logged into app on it the premium subscription is not there anymore, is gone and although I emailed the customer support - no answer. I like the summaries and audio option but for me, just not enough material to justify a subscription. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We had lot of books in History/Biography genres in beta and recently have made them public.
