This app worked perfectly before these two recent updates. Problem is as always too much tampering with the app’s supposedly to improve their performance just makes things worse and causes new problems to occur. We usually pay between £100 and £140 with local companies. The quotes I got ranged between £548 and £2596!! What a complete waste of rubbish. Complaints procedure is a mess, wouldn’t recognise my email address. Now that my complaint has been logged, it will take at least another 14 days for things to be resolved. Believe me, there are better, more professional booking agents out there.. Avoid at all costs. I want my money back immediately.
