## What is Book Visit Now?

Book Visit Now is an appointment and client management app built specifically for Apple users.

Manage your schedule, clients, services, notes, communications, and business activity from iPhone, iPad, and Mac—without handing your client database to a third-party scheduling platform.

APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT

Schedule appointments with Day, Week, and Month calendar views. Set business hours, create recurring appointments, block time off, monitor availability, and quickly see what is coming next.

Track appointment status from scheduled through check-in and completion, with tools for rescheduling, no-shows, recurring visits, and appointment history.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT

Keep client information, appointment history, notes, photos, purchases, and service details together in one place. Book Visit Now works with Apple Contacts so you can use the contact information you already maintain on your devices.

For businesses that maintain treatment or service records, SOAP notes and photo documentation provide a convenient way to keep visit information associated with the client.

BUILT AROUND APPLE

Book Visit Now works with the Apple apps and services you already use:

• Contacts for client information
• Calendar for appointments
• Maps for client locations
• Messages for text communications
• Mail for email communications
• iCloud for private synchronization across your Apple devices

Messages and emails are prepared for you to review before sending, so you remain in control of communication with your clients.

BUSINESS TOOLS

Create services, products, pricing, taxes, and invoices. Review sales and appointment activity, track client history, and export business reports when you need your data outside the app.

Built-in tools also help manage appointment conflicts, recurring visits, capacity, upcoming appointments, client locations, and business scheduling.

YOUR DATA, YOUR DEVICE

Your appointment and client data is stored using Apple platform storage and can synchronize through your private iCloud account. Book Visit Now does not require your client database to be stored on Book Visit Now-operated servers.

Your clients don't need to download another app or create an account. You remain in control of your schedule and your client relationships.

DESIGNED FOR INDEPENDENT BUSINESSES

Book Visit Now is designed for professionals who want powerful scheduling and client-management tools without moving their business into a large third-party booking platform.

There is no separate client portal to maintain, no client account system to manage, and no requirement for your clients to install another app.

Use Book Visit Now on the Apple devices you already own while continuing to use familiar Apple services for contacts, communication, maps, calendar access, and private iCloud synchronization.

START WITH THE FREE PLAN

Book Visit Now includes all app features for up to 10 active clients with no time limit and no required trial period.

When your business grows beyond 10 active clients, upgrade to Book Visit Now Pro for unlimited active clients.

If you later return to the Free Plan, your business records and historical information remain available and exportable.

Your business. Your clients. Your calendar.
