No wonder I’ve never actually seen someone in one of these things, you can’t actually create a profile as the “next” button doesn’t work when you enter your email and number

I can’t get past introducing my phone number. I tap on next and nothing happens. Baffling.

Love the idea of this but joined today and app functionality is poor. Wasn’t able book a pod as screen was just blank and then tried to submit a form for help and that wouldn’t submit either. Shame the app is so bad - the idea is cool. Also, in ‘my account’ it won’t let me turn off email notifications….not cool!

Lost half an hour of my life trying to register with this thing.  I didn’t contact gopod as by then I’d lost a bit of confidence in the whole idea.

When you select a pod the app won’t load through to allow you to book. When you try to send a message through to the help desk the app won’t do that either!

Downloaded and tried to register a new account but the screen is not formatted to click the register button which is “off page”. I’m using an iphone 13 pro max.

Shame as i saw the booth at a service station and it would be useful for me to use. Not great if new customers can’t register!!

Totally unbelievable!  For a company that’s business model is tech based, it is jaw dropping that you cannot even use the service through their app!  Staggered comes to mind!!

We're running behind schedule and have a Teams call at 2pm, very glad to find this pod, it's immaculate inside, has everything we need for the call, cost is very fair, I would 100% recommend this to anyone who's on the road with work to do.

Only issue is we needed a U.K. post code to set up the app, we're from the Isle of Man, Devs please have a look.

Saw this on LinkedIn - app was seamless and easy to book where I needed. Handle was great too. Easy lock/ unlock.

Pod itself was comfortable, blocked out outside noise well and was perfect for the conference call I used it for.

Would 100% use again!
