This app doesn’t even deserve to be called an app, always had errors, crashes, and I can’t even buy seats (apparently if you fly with Batik they INSIST you can only buy seats from this app, yet you can’t even do that). (Saya tidak ketemu fitur itu di aplikasi) Aplikasi suka log out sendiri. Sebenarnya tidak masalah tapi mungkin bisa diberi notifikasi lebih jelas ketika melakukan pemesanan dalam keadaan tidak log in. Memang terlihat cirinya dari harus memasukan email saat pemesanan tapi mungkin bisa lebih direct pemberitahuannya. (Agar tidak sulit saat cek booking) Untuk pengecekan detail penerbangan (ex: mendarat di bandara transit jam berapa, bagasi di pindah manual atau tidak etc) bila penerbangan transit hanya bisa ketika beli dan saat check in. Saran sebaiknya informasi itu bisa di cek ketika memilih bagian pemesanan (bookings) dan pilih penerbangan yang akan di cek. Untuk harga tiket sepertinya informasinya agak terlalu banyak di tampilkan karena informasi itu paling di butuhkan ketika pemesanan dan untuk selanjut jarang di perlukan untuk cek, bisa saja info itu di masukan ke riwayat (history) pemesanan. Sehingga aplikasi bisa lebih banyak menampilkan informasi penerbangan yang dibutuhkan untuk penerbangan. Untuk pemesanan pesawat selain lion grup (pengalaman saya beli tiket air asia) sebaiknya diberikan peringatan di awal bahwa booking tidak bisa di tampilkan di aplikasi (karena hanya bisa lion grup) sehingga pelanggan tidak panik ketika tidak muncul pesanannnya di bagian booking dan kesulitan dalam check-in. Itu saja masukannya..🙏🏻 Selain dari pada itu aplikasinya sudah cukup bagus..
