Very nearly gave up on booking them at all! ### 1/5 — Unusable *2025-08-05* This app is not user friendly. I can’t find the settings button and therefore can’t switch from manual to automatic modes. Why, after completing the Auto-booking process, does everything suddenly switch to Manual with no explanation (again, bookings not sorted in date/time order)? After choosing a start time and a list of sessions, I’m then asked to choose a new start time and “duration”... of between 1h52m and 2+hrs: what does this mean? Totally confusing... Why do I need to obtain a new PIN for every booking session? Why is there no option to group my children’s meetings separately? They are all mixed up so the evening is going to be like a game of musical chairs. I can’t even reset my password. I’m sent the same password over and over again with each reset and that password doesn’t work! I’ve wasted hours trying to set up times to meet teachers. I’m deleting the app now. ### 1/5 — App not compatible with IPhone & Ipad *2018-12-19* Attempted many times (over several days) to use PTO App via iphone (using iOS version 12.1) & Ipad (using version 10.3.3) and was unable to complete any bookings despite seeing all available times. Eventually, went direct to the schools own website, then selected the link to the PTO website and was successful in completing a booking.
