Great System - Even better support
We’ve been using Bookedin at El Gallo Catrin Barber Studio since 2022. In that time we’ve utilized this for online bookings, booking reminders via text and email for our clients and on the go bookings and calendar syncing. Originally we chose Bookedin because we didn’t like the idea of other booking systems that shared your client lists with others by passing them onto other barber and stylists when your calendar was fully booked. Now, after 4 years we continue to renew and stick with Bookedin because they are honest, supportive and quick to respond. When something goes wrong (system outage - text provider outage) they notify us usually before we notice and give a realistic timeline on a fix, then go back and explain what happened and what they are doing to fix it going forward. Beyond that we don’t go many months between email requests asking how it’s going, do we need anything or have suggestions. We really are happy with Bookedin.

Tattoo shop
I am a tattoo and percing shop Owner, Sim’Art Tatouage. Customers who want percing can take appointmnt by them self, so we save a lot of time. Text reminder for appointment is really usefull. It save me monet cause I had to pay someone to do it before. I like the way I can manage my calendar and CRM. I have pro plan, I have a button on my social media page and the booked in page has my company name. It just missing the message we receive by instagram, facebook and other and honestly the app would be perfect!

Worst booking app
This is the worst booking app on the market. I started using it a year ago and all was fine until they admitted their software doesn’t support apples new updates. It straight up does not work now. I have 7 months worth of bookings I need to transfer to a competitor now. $48 a month for something that seems to work 10% of the time.

We have used Bookedin for 5 years and have tried others previously.
