### 2/5 — ストレスが溜まる操作性

書籍内を拡大してのメモを書こうとするたびに、全体表示に戻される。画面のピンチイン、アウトのたびに余計な線が引かれる。
不便すぎる。資格学校の指定だから仕方なく使っているが他のアプリのほうがいい。
あと、電子書籍のビュワー
なのだから、手動ではなく
文書にマーカー引く機能も入れてくれ。改善お願いします。

bookendのPDFビューアでは、編集モードに入ってから拡大/縮小と移動を行いペンボタンを有効にして書き込みを行い、ペンボタンを無効にしてまた拡大/縮小と移動を行う、という仕様になっております。
編集モードのOn/Offのときのみ全体表示に戻るようになっておりますので、編集モードに入ってから移動、拡大/縮小を行っていただければと存じます。
「文書にマーカーを引く機能」についてはテキスト追従のマーカーのことかと存じますが、PDFはテキスト構造が複雑な物が多く、想定通りにテキスト選択できないケースが多々あります。意図した個所にマーカーが引けない場合は逆に使いにくくなってしまいますので、現状では対応は検討しておりません。

利用教材がbookendしか提供していないから仕方なく利用。以下、ダメポイント
①手書きは本棚に戻らないと保存されない。携帯できてスキマで書き込めるところがいいのにスキマで作業するたびにに本棚に戻らないといけないのなんとかならんか、、
、
②ペンと指の区別をしない
ペンで書いて指でズームインしたりすると指が反応して書き込まれる
区別してくれ、、、
③ページを送る時にいちいち編集画面を閉じないといけない。指とペンを区別できれば指でスライドしたら次のページに行くようにできるのにそうなってないから、いちいち編集画面を閉じる→指でスライドして次のページに移動→また編集画面開いて書き込むをしないといけない、、、
④書き込んでいると消したはずの線が再表示されたりズレたり手書きのバグが多すぎる、、

とてもショックです…

消しゴムで消せない。書いた後に戻るの機能しかなく、数分前に書いた文字全てが消える為、とても不便。

電子書籍を登録したのですが、間違えて存在しないメールアドレスを登録してしまいました。もう一度登録しようとしたら、チケットコードが不正である、と出てきて登録がしなおせません。どのようにすればメールアドレスの変更ができますか？

質問する場所がわからなかったので、ここで質問させていただきました。

おそらく、チケットコードの使用回数が1回に設定されているのではないかと思われます。
新しいチケットコードを再発行する必要がありますので、チケットコードの取得元にお問い合わせ頂けますでしょうか。

iPad でキーボードにてローマ字入力で書籍内検索をしようとすると、最初の1文字目に子音となるアルファベットが入力出来ない。そして未だ消しゴム機能がないのも致命的

確認した所、PDFビューアの検索欄にハードウェアキーボードで入力すると1文字目の子音が認識されない問題が見つかりました。調査して修正いたします。
消しゴム機能については誠に申し訳ございませんが技術的な問題が大きいため、対応に時間を要しております。

[2025/9/3追記] 1文字目の子音が認識されない問題ですが、その他の多くのアプリ等でも発生しており、ライブ変換による不具合のようです。
「設定」>「キーボード」>「ハードウェアキーボード」>「ライブ変換」をOffにして頂けますとこの症状は発生しなくなります。
アプリ側でこの問題を回避する方法があるかどうかは引き続き調査いたします。

[2025/9/11追記] バージョン 8.0.8 にて、ローマ字入力で一文字目の子音が入力できない問題について対応を行なっておりますのでご確認ください。

**Developer response:** Web書庫の登録はされておりましたでしょうか。ダウンロードされた書籍は全てWeb書庫に保存されておりますので、同じメールアドレスでWeb書庫を開けば再度書籍をダウンロードすることが可能です。
